– Optimize performance marketing to improve the traffic to website, improve sales and minimize media expense.
Roles and responsibilities:
1.Digital ads (40%):
– Make a plan to run digital ads suitable for each campaign, and each customer subject in order to support increasing brand recognition and boosting sales revenue of Aeon Eshop.
– Manage the implementation and optimization of ads on platforms such as Facebook, Google, Tiktok, Instagram,…
– Manage/ Monitor performance Ads, website experiences with the agency
– Utilize CRM to maximize customer life time value (LTV).”
– Analyze user behavior: Analyze and plan on improving the user interface, usser experiences (UX/UI).
– Manage content team to deploy website content and ensure that following brand guidelines, SEO requirement, campaign.
– Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
– Take responsibility of digital reports such as weekly report, monthly report, yearly report base on website, app, digital ads
– Propose products, programs according to analysis from the system.
4.Other duties (10%):
– Other tasks assigned by EC Manager
– This job description will be reviewed yearly to adapt with business’ demand
– Training digital knowledge to internal team.
Qualification and Job Requirements:
-College or University degree
-A basic internet and IT knowledge
-Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with many priorities and time deadlines.
-At least 01 year experience in similar position.
-Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral).
-Office Computing literate
-Teamwork & problem solving
-Timeline & project management
