[HQ] Trợ lý thu mua ngành hàng Trẻ em (Assistant to MD – Kids)

Key responsibilities:

Assistant to Merchandiser is responsible for supporting Merchandiser in all assigned tasks including Cost/Price Change Update System, Monthly Manuscript for Promotion, Product listing documentation… and not limited to Layout check, Planogram & Schematics update, POP request & POSM display….

Main duties:

• Support MD to update data in Profit / Edoc system with assigned tasks as Cost/Price Change, SKU creation, PO creation / GRN if any…and the 100% Accuracy is the required level.
• Follow up with the progress of PO transaction, Delivery to Stores & RDC
• Follow up with Suppliers’ feedback about Price/Cost & Promotion, Stock movement… to report to MD accordingly.
• Support MD to follow up the Deal with suppliers on Price, Trade Terms, Promotion Plan to get the best offer.
• Support MD to prepare Planogram / Schematic Plan for Product display and coordinate with OPR to ensure selling floor well-maintained.
• Support MD to all required tasks for Promotion Event activities / New Store Opening / Renovation…
• Do Weekly Market & Competitor survey with MD superiors.
• Coordinate activities with other departments of the company.
• Other tasks might be assigned by superiors.
• Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• College degree in Economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications
• 01-year experience in Operation Retail business with the same categories or department is Preferable
• Show the passion of the Merchandising career.
• Customer-focused/ Customer Oriented mindset.
• Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database.
• Fair communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Should have Analytical ability and good in data/figures.
