Digital Marketing Officer (E-Commerce)
1. Key responsibilities:
1.1. Manage and coordinate digital marketing activities
– Management of media channels: Facebook, Google
– Develop and manage assets AeonEshop on GG, Facebook
– Increasing the traffic, sale engagement
– Set up daily mail, push to drive traffic to website
-Work with Affiliate agency to release promotion campaign weekly
1.2. Experienced plan, set up and run campaign on Google Adwords and Facebook Platform
– In charge of making media plan for Google, Facebook.
– Optimize ads to ensure achieve KPI ROAS
– Develop and manage assets Aeon EShop on GG, Facebook
1.3. Work closely with the Merchandise and operation team to update promotion campaign
– Coordinate with MD to bring best promotion campaign to customer
– Work with MD to find out what is the key items of week, month to focus
– Priority promotion campaign weekly to use right the channel
1.4. Manage contracts and payment to related suppliers/agencies
– Creating the contract with suppliers/agencies.
– Follow and make payment ontime and accurately.
– Support other tasks relevant to process/proceedings related to those suppliers/agencies (if any)
1.5. Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by E-commerce Manager
-Making report weekly, monthly
-Market research to update new techical, new flatform to reach audience
2. Key requirements
2.1. Qualification and Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in BA or Marketing
– 1-2 Years Experience in Digital Marketing
– Good at Data analysis, Web performance metrics analysis
– Good at planning, communication & creativity
2.2. Preferred skills
– Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
– Team-Oriented, Goal-Oriented
– Full understanding of all social media platforms
– Knowledge of content management systems
– Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
– Ability to use standard office software (MS Office) efficiently
