I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

1. Quản lý vận hành

– Đảm bảo hàng hóa được đầy đủ, giá cả trong tình trạng & chất lượng tốt.

– Đảm bảo tất cả hàng hóa trưng bày tuân theo cấu trúc, quy định.

– Đặt hàng trực tiếp với Nhà cung cấp và nhận hàng.

– Quản lý hàng tồn kho và đổi trả hàng hư hỏng.

– Khu vực bán hàng được giữ sạch sẽ và gọn gàng.

– Đảm bảo về an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm khu vực sơ chế và sàn bán hàng (ngành hàng thực phẩm).

2. Dịch vụ khách hàng

– Cung cấp dịch vụ tốt nhất đến khách hàng, lịch sự và lắng nghe nhu cầu của khách hàng.

– Tiếp nhận thông tin và giới thiệu cho khách hàng về hàng mới về, khuyến mãi, chính sách đổi trả, v.v.

– Xử lý/ Giải quyết các khiếu nại của khách hàng.

3. Doanh thu và Lợi nhuận

– Phối hợp với Nhà cung cấp thực hiện các chương trình khuyến mãi.

– Xác định những mặt hàng có doanh số thấp và chất lượng không tốt. Ước tính nhu cầu của người tiêu dùng và tư vấn cho bộ phận bán hàng.

– Lưu trữ hồ sơ đơn đặt hàng, bán hàng. Báo cáo định kỳ về top doanh số, kết quả bán hàng khuyến mãi, khảo sát thị trường/khảo sát đối thủ cạnh tranh.

5. Quản lý nhân sự

– Lập kế hoạch và phân công ca làm việc cho Nhân viên & Tiếp thị (nếu có).

– Đảm bảo đủ nhân lực trong quá trình vận hành khi có tình huống đột xuất.

– Đảm bảo sự có mặt và trang phục của Nhân viên.

– Xây dựng và phát huy tinh thần làm việc nhóm.

6. Các nhiệm vụ hoặc trách nhiệm khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng Quầy hoặc Trưởng Bộ Phận.

II. YÊU CẦU:

– Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp hoặc Cao đẳng trở lên.

– Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương tự trong lĩnh vực bán lẻ, chuỗi cửa hàng, siêu thị tiện lợi, FMCG, F&B, … hoặc kiến thức về ATVSTP

– Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao & khả năng dẫn dắt đội nhóm tốt.

– Có kỹ năng quản lý hàng hóa, vật tư, kỹ năng bán hàng là một lợi thế.

– Có thể làm việc theo ca và làm được Lễ, Tết.

– Kỹ năng tổng hợp, báo cáo, vi tính văn phòng tốt.

[HCM] MERCHANDISING OFFICER – ECOMMERCE

Job Description:

  1. Work and align with Category Manager to plan category development in term of new assortments/ brands growth/ sellers:
    –  Work closely with Offline-channels’ MD team to ensure a rich assortment of products to the E-commerce target customers.
    – Carry out E-commerce Category Management (E-CAT), and promote AEON’s Private Brands and other exclusive brands
    – Ensuring Category achieve sales target and Gross Profit for monthly, quarterly and annually
    – Engage with the brands to join the campaign (exclusivity, traffic, always on promotion)
  2. Developing strong analytics to evaluate daily/weekly/monthly performance and optimizing further marketing, pricing and product selection:
    – Research, analyze and evaluate the market to identify customer’s needs and product/range opportunities.
    – Ensure products being available and more variety to meet online Shopper needs
    – Understand data points to provide insights to brands regarding sales performance and operational improvements
    – Monitor and improve Sales and Gross Profit of department in-charge with detailed and on-time reports
  3. Prepare and implement seasonal/weekly promotion plans, campaigns and initiatives to drive sales:
    – Involve in flatform campaigns and create individual campaigns for Category and brand partners
    – Creating ideas to promote products, brands,…
  4. Work closely with internal teams (eg: marketing, content, accountant,…) to optimize the project activites:
    – Support other members in Sales activities, when necessary, to achieve organizational targets.
    – Do weekly Market & Competitor survey,
    – Perform other tasks assigned by EC Manager

 Job Requirements:

  • College or University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects
  • How to calculate cost, profit, basic account is preferable
  • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages with intermediate level (both written and verbal)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. POP design and display
– Receive POP requests from Merchandising Dept. and Store Operation.
– Design POP regarding promotion schemes, product’s information for customer’s attention drawing purpose as well as to promote sales indirectly.
– Supervise the display of POP, standee, information/notice board in the Store to ensure the achievement of display purposes & clear conveyance of information.

2. Decoration activities
– Supervise, be responsible for the execution of Store’s decoration projects to ensure the aestheticism, technical quality, and Company image through each event.
– Update the execution period of promotion schemes, Member Day, Mommy Day, A&P in the month for timely and effective management of POSM (Point of Sales Material).

3. Manpower management
– Plan and prepare duty roster, shift plan and assign subordinates on duty.
– Be responsible for General Staff’s performance.
– Identify and reduce unnecessary tasks to increase staff productivity.
– Regularly train and motivate subordinates in daily works.
– Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.

Operations management:

– Supervise Group Leader(s) and General Staff to ensure:
• Merchandise is fully replenished, in good conditions & quality.
• All the display merchandise is according to schematic plan and all the price between display merchandise and price card is tally.
• Changing price label (if neccessary) is completed before store opens.
– Verify and approve inventory orders raised by Group Leader(s).
– Understand clearly the work of the department to control loss through PAZero.
– Plan manpower, prepare and attend bi-annually Stock Take as scheduled.
– Plan, assign duties for Group Leader(s) and General Staff to make necessary preparation for Membership Day and Public Holidays.
• Operational equipment, lighting and fixtures (gondola, wagon, shelves, etc.) are in good conditions
• Selling floor is kept clean & tidy
• All backrooms are locked in good conditions
• POP execution is carried out properly
• Fire safety procedure is carried out properly
– Maintain 5S as the company rules
– Check and verify variances in stock & sales figures after Stock Take and make report to Line Manager.

Sale and profit:

– Daily briefing Group Leader(s) on yesterday sales achievement, today sales budget, up-to-date sales achievement, promotion and company updates.
– Breakdown the sales target given by Line/ Store Manager to each GL(s) and take responsibilities for sales target achievement of the division.
– Overall plan and supervise the execution of promotion schemes.
– Observe/gather information/suggestion from Group Leader(s) about sales trend, customer demands and advise Merchandising Dept. for any changes/ improvement in merchandise assortment, quality and quantity.
– Gather and consolidate all periodical reports from Group Leader(s) about top sales, promotion sales results, market survey/ competitor survey and submit to Line Manager.

Manpower management:

– Plan Monthly duty roster and manpower schedule.
– Ensure sufficient manpower during business in ad-hoc situations.
– Monitor Group Leader(s), General Staff and Promoter’s attendance and attire.

Roles and responsibilities:

Operations duties
a. Merchandise management
– Supervise General Staff to ensure:
• Merchandise is fully replenished, in good conditions & quality.
• All the display merchandise is according to schematic plan or instructions from supervisor/Merchandiser and all the price between display merchandise and price card is tally.
• Price checking on POS/SST and changing price label (if necessary) is completed before store opened.
– Order stock directly with Supplier and receive stock from MMD.
– Manage stock inventory and repeat order when inventory drops to a specific level. Return and exchange damaged goods.
– Support Foodline with monthly Stock Take as directed by supervisor.
– Attend bi-annual Stock Take as scheduled.


b. Non-merchandise management
– Supervise General Staff to ensure:
• Operational equipment, lighting and fixtures (gondola, wagon, shelves, etc.) are in good conditions
• Sales floor is kept clean & tidy.

[HCMC] SUPPORT OFFICER (OPERATION & MARKETING)

Key responsibilities:

Support for SSS business (Daiso, Bike, Petemo) to improve sales, GP and efficiency of Operation.

 

Main duties:

  1. Improving efficiency of Operation of SSS:
  • Check and follow up DWS of SSS stores to find out issues and suggest proposal to solve and improve operation efficiency (sales, GP, loss, inventory, TOD, PA…)
  • Support for new store opening.
