MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1. Quản lý vận hành

– Đảm bảo hàng hóa được đầy đủ, trong tình trạng & chất lượng tốt.

– Đảm bảo tất cả hàng hóa trưng bày tuân theo cấu trúc, quy định.

– Kiểm tra giá trên POS/SST và thay đổi nhãn giá (nếu cần) trước khi cửa hàng mở cửa.

– Đặt hàng trực tiếp với Nhà cung cấp và nhận hàng từ MMD.

– Quản lý hàng tồn kho và đổi trả hàng hư hỏng.

– Khu vực bán hàng được giữ sạch sẽ và gọn gàng.

– Đảm bảo về an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm khu vực sơ chế và sàn bán hàng.

2. Dịch vụ khách hàng

– Cung cấp dịch vụ tốt nhất đến khách hàng, lịch sự và lắng nghe nhu cầu của khách hàng.

– Tiếp nhận thông tin và giới thiệu cho khách hàng về hàng mới về, khuyến mãi, chính sách đổi trả, v.v.

– Xử lý/ Giải quyết các khiếu nại của khách hàng

3. Doanh thu và Lợi nhuận

– Phối hợp với Nhà cung cấp thực hiện các chương trình khuyến mãi.

– Xác định những mặt hàng có doanh số thấp và chất lượng không tốt. Ước tính nhu cầu của người tiêu dùng và tư vấn cho bộ phận bán hàng.

– Lưu trữ hồ sơ đơn đặt hàng, bán hàng. Báo cáo định kỳ về top doanh số, kết quả bán hàng khuyến mãi, khảo sát thị trường/khảo sát đối thủ cạnh tranh.

5. Quản lý nhân sự

– Lập kế hoạch và phân công ca làm việc cho Nhân viên & Tiếp thị (nếu có).

– Đảm bảo đủ nhân lực trong quá trình vận hành khi có tình huống đột xuất.

– Đảm bảo sự có mặt và trang phục của Nhân viên.

– Xây dựng và phát huy tinh thần làm việc nhóm.

6. Các nhiệm vụ hoặc trách nhiệm khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng Quầy hoặc Trưởng Bộ Phận.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

– Tốt nghiệp Đại Học/ Cao đẳng trở lên.

– Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 02 năm trong lĩnh vực bán lẻ, chuỗi cửa hàng, FMCG, …

– Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao & khả năng dẫn dắt đội nhóm tốt.

– Có khả năng quản lý hàng hóa, vật tư, kỹ năng bán hàng là một lợi thế.

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Operations duties

(a.) Merchandise management

– Supervise Group Leader(s) and General Staff to ensure:

• Merchandise is fully replenished, in good condition & quality

• All the display merchandise is according to schematic plan and all the price between the display merchandise and the price card is tallyed

• Changing the price label (if necessary) is completed before the store opens.

– Order stock directly with Suppliers and receive stock from MMD.

– Verify and approve inventory orders raised by Group Leader(s).

– Plan manpower, prepare and attend bi-annually Stock Take as scheduled.

– Support Foodline with monthly Stock Take as directed by supervisor.

– Plan, assign duties for Group Leader(s) and General Staff to make necessary preparation for Membership Day & Mommy Day and Public Holidays.

(b.) Non-merchandise management

– Supervise Group Leader(s) and General Staff to ensure:

• Operational equipment, lighting and fixtures (gondola, wagon, shelves, etc.) are in good condition.

• The Salesfloor is kept clean & tidy

• All backrooms are locked in good condition.

• POP execution is carried out properly

• Fire safety procedure is carried out properly

– Check and verify variances in stock & sales figures after Stock Take and make the report to the Line Manager.

– Execute store opening & closing as directed by supervisor.

2. Customer service

– Provide good customer service to encourage “plus selling”.

– Be polite and listen alternatively to customer needs.

– Get information and introduce to customers new arrivals, promotions, and policies regarding payment, returns/exchanges, etc.

– Handle customer complaints raised by Group Leader(s), difficult and complicated sales.

– Follow the Company’s Rules on Customer Service (greeting, smiling, bowing, and attitude towards customers).

3. Sales and Profits 

– Brief Group Leader(s) on yesterday sales achievement, today sales budget, up-to-date sales achievement, promotion and company updates.

– Brief promoters on the promotion scheme.

– Break down the sales target given by Line Manager to each Group Leader and take responsibilities for sales target achievement of the division.

– Overall plan and supervise the execution of promotion schemes.

– Observe/gather information/suggestion from Group Leader(s) about sales trend, customer demands and advise Merchandising Dept. for any changes/improvement in merchandise assortment, quality and quantity.

– Gather and consolidate all periodical reports from Group Leader(s) about top sales, promotion sales results, market survey/competitor survey and submit to Line Manager.

4. Manpower management

– Plan Monthly Division’s duty roster and manpower schedule.

– Ensure sufficient manpower during business in ad-hoc situations.

– Monitor Group Leader(s), General Staff, and Promoter’s attendance and attire.

– Approve duty roster, and shift plan raised by Group Leader(s).

– Be responsible for the Group Leader(s) and General Staff’s performance.

– Take part in recruitment & selection activities for the Division’s staffing.

– Motivate, training and develop staff in order to encourage their professional development.

– Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.

– Build and promote teamwork spirit.

5. Rules and Regulations

– Follow all working procedures, and the company’s policies, rules, and regulations.

– Check, monitor, remind and guide Group Leader(s), General Staff and Promoter(s) to follow the rules and regulations

6. Other duties

– Opening & closing Store.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS 

1. Qualification and Job Requirements:

– University degree.

– At least 03 years related experience in retailing business or supermarket environment and 01 year experience in managing a team of at least 5 staffs.

2. Preferred skills

1. Operations duties

• Received merchandise at the loading bay is in the correct quantity, quality, and specifications

• Merchandise on the sales floor is fully replenished, in good condition & quality

• All the display merchandise is according to the schematic plan and all the price between the display merchandise and the price card is tallyed.

• Changing the price label (if necessary) is completed before the store opens.

– Verify and approve inventory orders, merchandise return & transfer, PA zero raised by Division Leader(s) & Group Leaders.

2. Sales and Profits

– Break down the sales target given by the Management to each Division Leader and take responsibility for the sales target achievement of the Department.

– Plan daily sales target on a monthly basis, based on target of the month announced by the Merchandise Department.

– Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits.

– Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning.

– Take overall responsibility for the successful execution of all promotion schemes.

– Work with Merchandising Dept. for any changes/improvements in merchandise assortment, quality, and quantity.

– Prepare for higher management review:

• Weekly: sales information, sales promotion review, and report of slow-moving items

• Monthly: Division review, Promotion review, Sales analysis, Productivity report

• Promotion schemes to boost sales.

– Take a leading role in identifying any arising issues affecting sales and operation and proposing corrective actions to the Management.

– Take a leading role in seeking and working towards solutions to mitigate merchandise loss/shrinkage.

3. Manpower management 

– Optimize people’s productivity by manpower planning and implementation to achieve target and maximum productivity.

– Ensure efficient leadership to direct the Line/ Department toward the Company’s business strategies.

– Monitor subordinates’ attendance and attire.

– Approve duty roster, and shift plan raised by subordinates.

– Be responsible for subordinates’ performance. – Take part in recruitment & selection activities for Line/ Department’s staffing.

– Motivate, training, and develop staff to encourage their professional development.

– Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.

– Build and promote teamwork spirit.

MAIN DUTIES: 

  • Create product code, make orders, adjust price in promotion, budget upload, data reports extraction
  • Monitor concess & outright’s promotion program and support suppliers
  • Check merchandise at Selling Area, display goods on shelves
  • Check actual stock condition in warehouse, adjust the display, collect selling report

  • Manage the performance of a defined category assortment plan effectively in terms of pricing, promotion, products assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation.
  • Research, analyze and evaluate the market /competitors
  • Supplier management, negotiation of trading terms, rebates etc.
  • Ensure that the Pricing Strategy
  • Design and implement with Merchandising Planograms delivering right space allocation and achieve the best productivity of each gondola.
  • Achievement of Commercial Key Performance Indicator
  • Work out 52W sales and promotion plan, event plan
  • Re-assess SKU/item performance on a regular basis to identify and deal with any old stock
  • Proactively evaluate and act on results of promotional activity

Primary Objective:
Manage a defined group of product category to satisfy the needs of the Customer, achieving sales, stock and profit targets.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Major Duties
    – Responsibility of “the target of Sales”, Margin, Rebates, Manage Purchase-Sales-Inventory 
    – Manage the performance of a defined category assortment plan effectively in terms of pricing, promotion, products assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation.
    – Research, analyze and evaluate the market/competitors to identify customer’s needs and product/range opportunities.
    – Develop a range of assortment, enhance innovative ideas, new product development
    – Supplier management, negotiation of trading terms, rebates etc.
    – Work with Marketing team to propose the regular promotion/event plan.
    – Ensure that the Pricing Strategy is fully in place and understood by Suppliers.
    – Maintain effective internal communications channel particularly 
    – Achievement of Commercial Key Performance Indicator
    – Identify with Supply Chain the most effective/cost efficient means of delivering product to the store. Follow the designated Import process.
    – Proactively evaluate and act on results of promotional activity to draw out any key learning points.
    – Prepare and work on layout, fixtures for new store opening/store renovation when needed.
    – Provide all necessary information and documentation is passed to supporting staff, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely and professional/proper manner.

  • Other Duties
    Any necessary task that is deemed important from time to time.
