[HQ-HCM] MERCHANDISING OFFICER (6-MONTH CONTRACT)

I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supplier management

  • Develop sourcing for merchandise from local suppliers
  • Ensure suppliers have the capability and capacity to provide product in line with agreed timescales and quality standards
  • Build and maintain excellent relationship and network with suppliers
  • Ensure all aspects of supplier performance is properly and effectively assessed and managed, taking appropriate remedial action where necessary
  • Get better condition for TOP suppliers.
  • Deal with suppliers for return/exchange term
  • Solve merchandiser problem

2. Product Management

  • Analyze 3C (Customer, Competitor & Company) pre-season with Marketing view and make Group Policy based on Division policy.
  • Work with Customer Management Team (Marketing team) to propose the regular promotion plan of Groups to ensure that the range fully reflects the Core Target Group needs in terms of the complete offer.
  • Research, analyze and evaluate the market to identify customer’s needs and product/range opportunities.
  • Develop a range assortment that delivers Competitive Advantage in the Vietnamese Market.
    Collaborate with PB team in the development and implementation of Private Brand Strategy within the Category.
  • Collect data to support Merchandiser Executive/ Deputy Manager to make 52W sales plan
    ABC analyze and make decision to expand item and reduce item

3. Pricing Management:

  • Analyze 3C for Department in charge
  • FP chart analyze to make/adjust the pricing strategy according to Customer’s demands changing,
  • Market trend or Competitors’ strategy

4. Promotion Management:

  • Check Sales, Stock progress and propose to Merchandising Executive promotion plan/event for next month
  • Propose monthly sales plan (Focus item with sales plan, Block layout & promotion plan, Trend of sales)
  • Proactively evaluate and act on results of promotional activity to implement any key learning’s

5. Display management (Zoning, Layout, POG)

  • Propose Sales plan in charge to OP team including display and Visual merchandising
  • Provide the design, direction and placement of the POP
  • Maintain effective internal communications channel particularly with other Merchandise team, operations, sales & marketing, logistic and other functions within the organization
  • Provide all necessary information and documentation is passed to supporting staff, ensuring all necessary Admin is completed in a timely and fashion manner.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects
  • At lease 1 year experience in retail
  • Customer-focused
  • Show the passion of the merchandise career
  • Good communication and negotiation skills

[HANOI OFFICE] CUSTOMER SERVICE & SATISFACTION (CSS) OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Handle Customer Voice
    – Handle Customer Voices via Face book, Website and update in CV Master file
    – Follow up Customer Voice (CV) report and update pending cases in Master file. Record,update the status of each case
    – Remind Stores to update pending cases if it is over 5 days
    – Communicate with related department to update pending cases
    – Feedback all queries which are sent from Stores site and support Operation site to chaise with related department
    – Raise and get the final from CS HQ Executive/Manager about the feedback to customer via Facebook, Website channel if it is over your abilities

  2. Report & Handle Report
    – Receive the reports (Customer Voice, Refund, Price Error, Delivery, SOP from Stores, report CV from EC (if any) to consolidate and update in Master file
    – Basing on Customer Voice/complaince to check the situation and advice to improve
    – Basing on Reports , put in Analyse file
    – Send Refund Report to Stores
    – Receive CS and Cashier Reports to consolidate and update in file
    – Pre-Prepare CS report and support CS Executive

  3. Control Activities
    Randomly check Daily checklist,the compliance policies/procedure at Stores relating to Customer Service and Cashier

  4. Admin
    – Prepare Admin report to submit to Admin HQ department
    – Make SAP report
    – Be in charge of stationery…

  5. Marketing Research (Service)
    – Plan Store Tour
    – Survey Competitors
    – Give proposal/inititive to improve high level services

  6. Support/ Project:
    – Join/support the CS Projects are assigned by CS Executive/Manager
    – Support CS HQ Executive/Manager if needed

 

QUALIFICATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University bachelor degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or Marketing
  • Proven track record in Customer Service /other customer facing role with experience in servicing key customers
  • Deep process know-how
  • High energy and proactive working style
  • Have a polite, tactful and friendly attitude
  • Have good understanding of the needs of customers
  • Fluent in English communication (verbal/written)

 

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Analytical and data input skills
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution skills

[HCM] MERCHANDISING OFFICER (FOODLINE – GROCERY)

  1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage document of all SKUs:

    – Work with Supplier Management team to check expire date document.

    – Arrange the time to check and Push Suppliers to submit document on time.

  • Negotiate skill:

    – Negotiate the promotion plan with Supplier follow Aeon timeline.

    – Arrange sampling schedule with supplier in store.

    – Checking rebate & make analysic.

  • Building POG: Make analysic, survey and update POG based on market trend, customer trend & company policy.
  • Responsibility sale & gross profit:

    – Sale & GP checking to ensure matching target.

    – Check inventory to ensure enough quantity for promotion plan.

    – Understand assortment plan to make product strategy.
