[HCM] Compensation and Benefit Officer

Main Duties: 

Payroll Management
– Process, fix shiftplan error and check Time & Attendance data from SAP system.
– Check Annual leave, Day off in lieu, Overtime data
– Process payroll ontime.

PIT & Social insurance
– Register PIT code and PIT dependant for employees.
– Check PIT code for all employees.
– Check claims for social insurance benefits of employees.
– Contact Social Insurance Agency on providing SI book and health insurance card for employees.
– Complete the transfering procedure of SI Book for resigned staffs.

Labor Contract
– Make and check labor contract for new staff
– Make annex to labor contract, contract renewal.
– Ensure labor contract and annex to labour contract are given to employees on time.

Employee’s profile management
– Set up records and personnel file for new employees.
– Maintain employee’s records in personnel file

Other tasks
– Follow and collect unknown working hour report all store.
– Fix incident ticket for issues in SAP system
– Make reports

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in C&B field with at least 200 employees.
  • Good knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam
  • Knowledge of SAP system, payroll module is prefered.
  • Strong PC skills including Excel.
  • Detail – oriented
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
  • Good analytical and commnucation skills.
  • Working knowledge of payroll best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of experience working in AEON& 6 months in current position (if internal candidates)
  • 1 year of experience in retail (same category)
  • University/ College degree, preferably in Economics/ Business Administration or related subjects

Roles and responsibilities:

Quality control activities
– Check and make the hygiene checklist report in store, report and suggest solution for the related department.
– Conduct internal audits hygiene checklist at operation site periodically to ensure compliance with local regulatory laws / international standards in Food Safety according to Instore checklist of AEON Group.
– Monitoring to conduct PMP at store and impulse the improvement of quality management at company (PMP) to ensure the quality consistency of the products: testing product, labeling…
– Made random check receiving, storage, processing and displayed products according to relevant quality requirements to assure the compliance with defined standards at store.
– Hold and training FSH knowledge for all Foodline staff.
Supporting Store
– Co-ordinate with 5S Leader for training, checking and maintenance 5S at Operation.
– Propose working tools for Foodline; assist with PA raising and follow up payment process.
Rules and Regulations

Other duties

[HCM] Support Officer – Strategic Specialty Store

Main Duties:

  1. Enhancing branding for Strategic Specialty Store (SSS) to increase customer’s awareness to Petemo, Bicycle and Daiso brand:
    – Utilize other platforms (Facebook, Tiktok…) to increase brand awareness
    – Create advertising and marketing content to do the branding on those platforms
    – Drive traffic from those channels to offline stores or Aeoneshop/Shopee site…
  2. Improving display and selling way in-store:
    – Survey the market, competitor
    – Propose the way of display, presentation, POP… to improve selling way in store
    – Monitor all stores to apply and maintain proper selling way in store
  3. Improving efficiency of Operation
    – Check and follow up stores to find out issues and suggest proposal to solve and improve operation efficiency

– Follow up other programs (PMP, 5S, equipment calibration, water testing, food safety & hygiene training, health examination …) according to regulation requirements.

– Keep in touch with local authority organizations to get the necessary information, supports or documents as well as to follow up and carry out the designated tasks.

2. Supporting Store

– Support store in food safety hygiene improvement.

– Carry out the report related to 5S at store.

– Conducting training on food safety and hygiene for Foodline staff.

A. Roles and responsibility
