[HANOI OFFICE] Supplier Management Deputy Manager

Key responsibilities/ Trách nhiệm chính:
1. Duties and Authorities regarding Business Planning
– Establishment of the strategies for department in long term (5 to 10 years), mid-term (3 years) and short-term (only next one year)
– Proposing, officializing, implementing and executing related policies, regulations and operating systems by analysis of risks, forecast etc., except any activities relating to Marketing, promotions of sales.

2. Duties and Authorities of Execution

– Improvements and Assurance of Quality of Products and Services
– Supplier Product Quality Assurance through Compliance Audit
– Supplier Product Quality Assurance through Supplier Competency Control (SQRP)

3. General Department Management

– Planning and budgeting
– Watching status
– Dealing contracts
– Maintenance of Policies and Regulations
– Supervising staffs, subordinates and Members
– Education for improvements

4. Special functions for External Affairs

– Being the primary contact to receive any requests of guests and visits besides government relations. By such requests, appointing any necessary personnel (including General Directors) in charge by planning and scheduling, and attend such visits to welcome and greet.

Requirements/ Yêu cầu:
– University degrees (knowledge of statistics is preferable)
– Minimum 5 years of working experience in QA/QC of Food industry
– Experienced in implementing audit of Suppliers in food industry (Grocery/Perishable/Daily & Dairy)
– Deeply understand Vietnamese laws of Food Safety and Food Hygiene
– Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese (both verbal and written)
– Strong negotiation skills for external affairs including authorities and governments
– Basic risk and crisis management skills.

Aeon Lê Chân – QC Division Leader

Key responsibilities:

1. Quality control activities
– Check the periodical food safety hygiene at store.
– Analyze the result of checking food safety hygiene, propose the improvement plan for each division of store.
– Summarize the monthly report on quality control in store.
– Follow up other programs (PMP, 5S, equipment calibration, water testing, food safety & hygiene training, health examination …) according to regulation requirements.
– Keep in touch with local authority organizations to get the necessary information, supports or documents as well as to follow up and carry out the designated tasks.

2. Supporting Store
– Support store in food safety hygiene improvement.
– Carry out the report related to 5S at store.
– Conducting training on food safety and hygiene for Foodline staff.

3. Rules & Regulations
– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
– Check, monitor, remind and guide Group Leader to follow the rules and regulations.

4. Manpower management
– Build and promote team work spirit.
– Ensure efficient leadership to direct the section towards Company’s business strategies.
– Regularly train and motivate subordinates in daily works.

5. Other duties
– Make periodical and ad-hoc report on foods safety and hygiene as required.
– Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Qualifications & Experience

– University degree, preferably in food chemistry or technology faculties
– Minimum 03 year working in quality assurance / quality control / fresh foods receiving / fresh foods sales dept. in the foods business.

2. Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

– Have knowledge on standards of quality systems in food area (GMP/HACCP/ ISO9000/5S/, …).
– Good communication, listening and negotiation skills.
– Good command of English (both verbal and written).
– Computer literacy: Excel, Word, Power Point.
– Self disciplined with ability to work at nigh shift and under high pressure.
– Work in shift, weekend & on Public holidays.
– Can relocate to other stores as per Company’s assignment.
