[HCMC] MERCHANDISING EXECUTIVE (SUPERMARKET LINE)

I. Responsibilities

1. Supplier management
– Develop sourcing for merchandise from local suppliers
– Ensure suppliers have the capability and capacity to provide product in line with agreed timescales and quality standards
– Build and maintain excellent relationship and network with suppliers
– Ensure all aspects of supplier performance is properly and effectively assessed and managed, taking appropriate remedial action where necessary
– Get better condition for TOP suppliers.
– Deal with suppliers for return/exchange term
– Solve merchandiser problem

2. Product Management:
– Analyze 3C (Customer, Competitor & Company) pre-season with Marketing view and make Group Policy based on Line policy.
– Work with Customer Management Team (Marketing team) to propose the regular promotion plan of Groups to ensure that the range fully reflects the Core Target Group needs in terms of the complete offer.
– Research, analyze and evaluate the market to identify customer’s needs and product/range opportunities.
– Develop a range assortment that delivers Competitive Advantage in the Vietnamese Market.
– Collaborate with PB team in the development and implementation of Private Brand Strategy within the Category.
– Making 52W sales plan and SH map & C.A.P (conceptional assortment plan)

3. Pricing Management:
– Analyze 3C to propose the pricing strategy for Group in charge
– Ensure that the Pricing Strategy is fully in place and understood by Suppliers.
– FP chart analyze to make/adjust the pricing strategy according to Customer’s demands changing, Market trend or Competitors’ strategy

4. Promotion Management:
– Check Sales, Stock progress and make promotion plan for next month
– Making monthly sales plan (Focus item with sales plan, Block layout & promotion plan, Trend of sales)
– Work out 52W sales and promotion plan, event plan
– Proactively evaluate and act on results of promotional activity to implement any key learning’s.

5. Display management (Zoning, Layout, POG)
– Propose Sales plan in charge to OP team including display and Visual merchandiser
– Provide the design, direction and placement of the POP
– Maintain effective internal communications channel particularly with other Merchandise team, operations, sales & marketing, logistic and other functions within the organization
– Provide all necessary information and documentation is passed to supporting staff, ensuring all necessary Admin is completed in a timely and fashion manner.

I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Hoạt động thu ngân

– Nắm rõ các chương trình khuyến mại và thực hiện họp định kỳ hàng ngày với nhân viên thu ngân.
– Quản lý đổi tiền và phân phối cho các quầy thu ngân.

A. Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Operations duties
    a. Merchandise management
    – Supervise subordinates to ensure:
    • Received merchandise at loading bay is in correct quantity, quality and specifications.
    • Merchandise on sales floor is fully replenished, in good conditions & quality.
    • All the display merchandise is according to schematic plan and all the price between display merchandise and price card is tally.
    • Changing price label (if necessary) is completed before store opens.
    – Verify and approve inventory orders, merchandise return & transfer, PA zero raised by Division Leader(s) & Group Leaders.
    – Plan, prepare and assign tasks for subordinates for bi-annual Stock Take and support Foodline with monthly Stock Take as directed by Store Manager.
    – Plan, assign duties for subordinates to make necessary preparation for Membership Day, Mommy Day and Public Holidays.
    b. Non-merchandise management
    – Supervise subordinates to ensure:
    • Operational equipment, lighting and fixtures (gondola, wagon, shelves, etc.) are in good conditions.
    • Sales floor/pillar/wall is kept clean & tidy.
    • All backrooms are locked and in good conditions.
    • Fire Safety procedure is carried out properly.
    – Make order request for equipment and get approval from Store Manager.
    c. Customer service
    – Handle customer complaints raised by Division Leader(s), difficult and complicated sales.
    – Always remind subordinate to promote “customer first” spirit.
    – Follow Company’s Rules on Customer Service (greeting, smiling, bowing and attitude towards customers).
  2. Sales and Profits
    – Brief subordinates on yesterday sales achievement, today sales budget, up-to-date sales achievement, promotion and company updates.
    – Share information about customer voice or any arising issues.
    – Breakdown the sales target given by the Management to each Division Leader and take responsibilities for sales target achievement of the Department.
    – Plan daily sales target on a monthly basis, basing on target of the month announced by Merchandise Department.
    – Analyze sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.
    – Analyze and interpreting trends to facilitate planning.
    – Take overall responsibility for the successful execution of all promotion schemes.
    – Work with Merchandising Dept. for any changes/improvement in merchandise assortment, quality and quantity.
    – Prepare for higher management review:
    • Weekly: sales information, sales promotion review and report of slow moving items.
    • Monthly: Division review, Promotion review, Sales analysis, Productivity report.
    • Promotion schemes to boost sales.
    – Take leading role in identifying any arising issues affecting sales and operation and proposing corrective actions to the Management.
    – Take leading role in seeking and working towards solutions to mitigate merchandise loss/shrinkage.
  3. Manpower Management
    – Optimize people productivity by manpower planning and implementation to achieve target and maximum productivity.
    – Ensure efficient leadership to direct the Line/ Department towards Company’s business strategies.
    – Monitor subordinates’ attendance and attire.
    – Approve duty roster, shift plan raised by subordinates.
    – Be responsible for subordinates’ performance.
    – Take part in recruitment & selection activities for Line/ Department’s staffing.
    – Motivate, training and develop staff in order to encourage their professional development.
    – Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.
    – Build and promote team work spirit.
    4. Rules and Regulations
    – Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

5. Good planning skill, especially regarding to manpower

Preferred skills
1. Fluency in English languages (both written and oral).

RESPONSIBILITY

I. ĐỊA ĐIỂM LÀM VIỆC

Nhà máy sản xuất KOWA – Khu công nghiệp Thăng Long, Bình Xuyên, Vĩnh Phúc

Số lượng tuyển: 02 trưởng nhóm

II.THỜI GIAN LÀM VIỆC: 8 tiếng/ ngày, 6 ngày/ tuần. Có ca đêm

III. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

1. Nhiệm vụ vận hành
a) Quản lý hàng hóa
– Tiếp nhận danh sách đơn hàng sản phẩm từ các cửa hàng và bộ phận liên quan, lập và điều phối kế hoạch sản xuất hàng ngày, triển khai sản xuất đáp ứng số lượng đơn hàng.
– Quản lý tồn kho và mức tồn kho, đặt hàng mua nguyên vật liệu để luôn có đủ hàng tồn kho cho sản xuất.
– Quản lý backback ngăn nắp, phân loại theo tiêu chuẩn VSATTP, 5S của Aeon. Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy tắc FIFO đối với vật liệu.
– Báo cáo, liên lạc và xin ý kiến cấp trên kịp thời khi có phát sinh bất thường.
– Chuẩn bị và điều phối hoạt động kiểm kho, đảm bảo nguyên vật liệu luôn sẵn sàng để kiểm đếm, tránh thất lạc hàng trong quá trình kiểm kho.
b. Quản lý phi hàng hóa
– Tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn về an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm và kiểm soát chất lượng theo chính sách của công ty.
– Đảm bảo các thiết bị vận hành, ánh sáng và đồ đạc cố định (thuyền gondola, toa xe, kệ, v.v.) luôn trong tình trạng tốt và được vệ sinh sạch sẽ.
– Đảm bảo khu vực làm việc và sân sau sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp theo tiêu chuẩn 5S.
– Thực hiện đúng quy trình PCCC.
c. Quản lý nhân lực
– Lập kế hoạch ca và lịch làm việc hàng ngày cho nhóm phụ trách.
– Đề xuất kế hoạch nhân sự phù hợp với kế hoạch sản xuất của tổ có xét đến năng suất và hiệu quả.
– Theo dõi hiệu suất của nhóm, xác định điểm yếu của từng nhân viên và đề xuất với DL để tăng cường đào tạo hoặc giáo dục cho họ. Giám sát ý thức của nhân viên trong việc tuân thủ các quy định của công ty và chấn chỉnh hành động cũng như hành vi của họ.

2. Các quy tắc và quy định
Hiểu và tuân thủ tất cả các quy trình làm việc, chính sách, nội quy và quy định của công ty.

3. Nhiệm vụ khác
Các nhiệm vụ hoặc trách nhiệm khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng quầy và Phó phòng.
