I – JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Support Operations management to Store Manager – 30%
– Ensure the store day to day operations are ready for business.
– Ensure all company properties are in serviceable condition.
– Set up and monitor all working procedures in order to provide and maintain good customer service to customers.
– Attend to customer complaint wherever necessary and take appropriate steps to solve such complains promptly.
– Plan and approve to order, repaire equipment & facilities according to the company policies and guidelines.
– Ensure reports, invoices are timely submission to Head Quarter for onward processing.
– Plan and monitor the manpower requirement and take necessary steps to fulfill the requirement to ensure good customer service is provided.
– Ensure high standard of backroom, backyard in store.
– Hold regular meetings and discussion with staff to review performance and process of the store and inform staff about company policies, plans, directions.
– Cooperate and build a good relationship with the local Authoirty to do the community activites.
– Build up good relationship with AM, ADV, other partners…
2. Sales and profit management of line in charge – 30%
– Work towards achieving financial objectives set by the management by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
– Responsible for Sales, Profit and Loss of the line in charge, PA zero, discount EOD (if cum Foodline 2 or Foodline 1), T.O.D & Loss (if cum Hardline, Softline, Foodline 1)
– Control shrinkage level within the budget.
– Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales event, analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
3. Admin, CS-Cashier Management – 20%
– Ensure that the operation of Cash registers, Customer Service, Admin, Sales line in store is managed properly, timely and accurately.
– Ensure all store accounting and administrative manual and procedure are being complied.
– Approve and authorize all relevant documentation for timely submission to Head Quarter.
Operations duties:
a. Merchandise management: Supervise subordinates to ensure:
– Verify and approve inventory orders, merchandise return & transfer, PA zero raised by Division Leader(s) & Group Leaders.
– Plan, prepare and assign tasks for subordinates for bi-annual Stock Take and support Foodline with monthly Stock Take as directed by Store Manager.
– Plan, assign duties for subordinates to make necessary preparation for Membership Day, Mommy Day and Public Holidays.
b. Non-merchandise management
– Operational equipment, lighting and fixtures (gondola, wagon, etc) are in good conditions.
– Sales floor / Pillar/ wall is kept clean and tidy.
– Make order request for equipment and get approval from Store Manager.
c. Customer service
– Handle customer complaints raised by Division Leader(s), difficult and complicated sales.
– Always remind subordinate to promote “customer first” spirit.
– Follow Company’s Rules on Customer Service (greeting, smiling, bowing and attitude towards customers).
4. QC, SPA, HR management – 10%
– Ensure that quality control of merchandise from receiving area, processed and packaged at AEON are complied with the Government and AEON’s regulations.
– Ensure that the overall aestheticism of AEON GMS in term of Marketing and POP (Price of Promotion), VMD information board, notice board, standee design and display as well as the execution of decoration projects
– Manage administrative tasks of HR operations for Store’s smoothy.
5. Rules- Regulations & Other tasks – 10%
– Ensure all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations applied in the store are in accordance with the law and strictly followed by staffs, promoters, security guards.
– Maintain safe working conditions for employees and customers; Solve safety concerns quickly.
– Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
– Ability to relocate to other Stores as per Company’s assignment.
– Execute store opening & closing.
II – JOB REQUIREMENT
– University degree
– At least 05 years related experience in retailing business or supermarket environment and 02 years experience of FMCG& fresh food in managing a team of at least 30 staffs
– Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
– Abilities to use computer, office programs and database
– Sales and Profit improvement
– Planning, development, improvement mindset
– Strong analytical skill, good at data/ figures
– Fluency in English language (both written and oral)
– Work well under high pressure
– Ability to cope with stressful situation at work
