Main Duties:

  • Dealing Trading term yearly
    – Ensure suppliers have the capability and capacity to provide product in line with agreed timescales and quality standards
    – Build and maintain excellent relationship and network with suppliers
    – Ensure all aspects of supplier performance is properly and effectively assessed and managed, taking appropriate remedial action where necessary
    – Get better condition for TOP suppliers.
  • Bulding Assortment Plan
    – Analize (customer trend/ competitor/ Company situation)
    – Renew/ Verify/ Adjustment assortment to adapt customer trend each year.
    – Propose differentiation point in assortment.
  • Responsibility Sales & GP
    By Weekly
    – Check Sales, Stock progress and adjust for further order
    – Check actual stock inventory, storage, shrinkage and placement.
    By Month
    – Check Sales, Stock progress and make promotion plan for next month
    – Propose Sales plan in charge to OP team including display and Visual marchandsier
    – Provide the design, direction and placement of the POP
    – ABC analize and make desiton to expand item and reduce item
  • Build POG
    – Renew assortment.
    – Catch up the new trend.
    – Update POG quartely to ensure sale effeciency.
  • Sale plan/ Promotion plan
    – Explain to OP team as following
    1, Monthly sales plan
    (Focus item with sale plan, Block layout & promotion plan, Trend of sales)
    – Instruct and support to OP team layout change monthly
    – Solve merchandiser problem
    – Make marketing and POP to presend merchandiser starategy cleary for customers.
  • Other Duties
    – Any necessary task that is deemed important from time to time.

Job responsibilities: 

  • Implement PB business plan and ensure plan remains on track, which meet the annual plan of sales and profit contribution ;
  • Ensure every product and range is launched successfully. Ensure product has aligned with Price strategy. Pricing is competitive vs competitor brands;
  • Ensure to have effective cost. Ensure the products have effective approach customer;

Job Requirements:

Operations duties (40%)
a) Merchandise management
– Supervise Group Leader(s) and General Staff to ensure:
