KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Online sale management
    To develop and monitor key performance indicators ( Orders, Sales, Stock, price, …..)
    Assign, guide and supervise staff for planning, implementing and evaluating the results to ensure that all activities are operated well and on schedule.
    Oversee the resolution of any arising issues orders, system, app
    To work with related department for product content, promotion program & Media support for sale online promoting.
    Synthesize, analyze and report business results by program, week, month, quarter.
    To Understand online market, sale trend and customer behavior to provide suitable products for increasing sales.
    Make the sale plan base on MD’s plan, Operation Plan to achieve the target
    Analyze customer complaints to come up with solutions to bring customers satisfaction
    Propose plans to improve department, survey competitor & consumer shopping behavior

    2. Cash Management
    Ensure money and documents are collected in full, exactly, on time and according to the process
    Provide solutions to ensure that debts and receivable documents are tracked in a timely manner to limit losses

    3. Manpower management
    Plan Monthly Division’s duty roster and manpower schedule
    Make solution for sufficient manpower during business in ad-hoc situations
    Identify and reduce unnecessary tasks to increase staff productivity
    Take part in recruitment & selection activities for Division’s staffing
    Motivate, training and develop staff in order to encourage their professional development
    Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes
    Build and promote team work spirit

    4. Expense control
    Provide solutions to optimize resources and increase productivities
    Provide tools to optimize delivery costs
    Forecast and make the guidance for tool and equipment for reasonable using
    5. Other duties
    Opening & closing Store
    Monitor all activities in store to ensure that store work as normal
    Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager

QUALIFICATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS

Key responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Officer (E-Commerce)

1. Key responsibilities:

1.1. Manage and coordinate digital marketing activities

– Management of media channels: Facebook, Google

– Develop and manage assets AeonEshop on GG, Facebook

– Increasing the traffic, sale engagement

– Set up daily mail, push to drive traffic to website

-Work with Affiliate agency to release promotion campaign weekly

E-commerce Operation Deputy Manager

Key responsibilities:
1. Duties and Authorities regarding Business Planning

– Establishment of the strategies for EC Project in terms of operation system of the New EC, in short term to long term (1-5 years). The short-term strategies must be specified in details in quarterly and monthly activities based on the analysis of situations in societies of either global and local.
– Analyzing current situations, our degrees of presence, benefits and risks of results and focusing future of EC operation activities in scientific way, to reason for directing and correcting strategies of EC from time to time.
– Becoming the primary contact and department in charge for any activities regarding E-Business related to 3rd-party service-providers as well as any authorities contacts regarding Operation activities.

2. Duties and Authority of Execution
– Improving the current E-Commerce Operation to make it better and more efficient.

3. General Department Management related to Operation matters
– Planning and proposing by breaking down the duties into groups, making budgets (Yearly & Monthly) and clarifying ROI to the supervisor, for hiring employees and/or implementing any necessary assets to purchase and/or activities to be made for achieving the duties.
– Grasping the progress of various activities, management and controlling status to ensure that those are carried out as planned or budgeted, and improving its performance.

Job Requirements:

1.Qualifications & Experience:
– University degree
– At least 4-5 years experience in similar position.

E-commerce Sales Executive

Key responsibilities:
1. Online Sales & management

– To manage the Sales & Operation team to handle online orders in daily basis to complete all orders in time with effective quality of work.
– To ensure all customers’ inquiries from various touch points (hotline, email, fanpage comment & message) are handled on time with appropriate manner.
– To develop & train online sales team about process, flow, order monitoring, customer service, etc….
– To continuously optimize order processing process, monitor delivering services and handle return, refund, exchange requests from customers properly.
