Main duties:

  • Create product code, make orders, adjust price in promotion on PROFIT system.
  • Monitor concess’s promotion program and support suppliers by email, phone, checking necessary documents.
  • Check merchandise at Selling Area, display goods on shelves.
  • Check actual stock condition in warehouse, adjust the display if necessary, collect selling report from Operation and send to Merchandiser.
  • Collect sales report for GM on PROFIT system.
  • Work with concess about AEON’s social event (contact with suppliers to invite joining sales boost months event).
  • Send sales report and PO to concess, solve any arising discrepancies.

Qualification and Job Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects.
  • 1 year experience in retail with the same category.

  • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong analytical ability and good in data/ figures.

[HCMC] ASSISTANT TO MERCHANDISING (HOUSEHOLD – KITCHEN)

Key responsibilities:

Assist to Merchandiser to satisfy the needs of the Customer, achieving sales, stock and profit targets

 

  1. Main duties: to support Merchandiser (MD) in below scope of work
  • Create product code, correct or update information, adjust price in promotion, budget upload, generate reports and prepare data analysis as per MD’s request… on PROFIT system.
  • Monitor concess & outright’s promotion programs and make sales reports.
  • Check merchandise, display way, POP information… at Selling Area; propose and carry out improvement if necessary and report to MD.
  • Check actual stock condition in warehouse and report findings to MD.
  • Assist MD to implement daily work and solve any arising discrepancies both internally and externally upon requested.
  • Assist MD to contact with suppliers in preparation and implementation of AEON’s events as per timeline.
  • Survey of market and competitors upon requested.
  • Other tasks as assigned by MD and/or Superiors.

Hỗ trợ các Chuyên viên thu mua và Quản lý Thu mua trong các công việc:

  • Tổng hợp thông tin liên quan đến sản phẩm & chương trình khuyến mại nhận được từ Chuyên viên Thu mua và cập nhật lên hệ thống quản lý sản phẩm Profit gồm: tạo mã hàng, update giá bán, chương trình khuyến mại,v.v…
  • Theo dõi tiến trình hợp đồng & thủ tục cần thiết với các nhà cung cấp (NCC), đối tác cũng như thực hiện các thủ tục hành chính, giấy tờ của bộ phận
  • Chuẩn bị hồ sơ đăng kí chương trình khuyến mại với Sở Công thương và theo sát tiến độ phê duyệt, điều chỉnh nếu có
  • Chuẩn bị các công tác hậu cần cho các chương trình khuyến mại liên quan đến POSM như backdrop, standee, v.v…
  • Tổng hợp các loại báo cáo của bộ phận, đảm bảo timeline thực hiện các công việc của bộ phận
  • Sắp xếp các cuộc gặp, chuẩn bị giấy tờ, thủ tục cần thiết cho Quản lý cấp trên khi làm việc với NCC, đối tác
  • Tham gia check sàn bán hàng, tồn kho, tổng hợp mẫu sản phẩm, trưng bày, khảo sát thị trường cùng chuyên viên, v.v…
  • Trực tiếp hỗ trợ khối Vận hành tại siêu thị trong các sự kiện bán hàng
