    a. Quản lý hàng hóa
    Giám sát và hỗ trợ nhân viên để đảm bảo
    • Hàng hóa được bổ sung đầy đủ, trong tình trạng chất lượng tốt.
    • Tất cả các hàng hóa trưng bày theo kế hoạch sơ đồ và gắn đúng bảng giá cho tất cả hàng hóa trưng bày.
    • Kiểm tra giá trên POS/SST và thay đổi nhãn giá (nếu cần) được hoàn tất trước khi mở cửa hàng.
    Đặt hàng trực tiếp với Nhà cung cấp và nhận hàng từ MMD.
    Quản lý hàng tồn kho và đặt hàng khi hàng tồn kho giảm xuống một mức cụ thể. Đổi trả hàng hóa bị hư hỏng.
    Hỗ trợ Foodline lấy hàng hàng tháng theo chỉ đạo của cấp trên.
    Tham gia kiểm kê hàng năm 2 lần theo đúng kế hoạch.
    b. Quản lý phi hàng hóa
    Giám sát và hỗ trợ nhân viên để đảm bảo
    • Thiết bị vận hành, hệ thống chiếu sáng và đồ đạc cố định (gondola, toa xe, kệ, v.v.) ở trong tình trạng tốt
    • Sàn bán hàng được giữ sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp.
    • Quy trình an toàn phòng cháy chữa cháy được thực hiện đúng quy trình.
    Duy trì FSH theo quy định của công ty
    Đặt hàng POP, triển khai POP, kiểm tra POP để đảm bảo thông tin chính xác và đầy đủ
    Thực hiện mở và đóng sàn
    Kiểm tra và xác minh sự chênh lệch về tồn kho và số liệu bán hàng sau khi nhập kho và báo cáo cho Giám đốc trực tiếp
    c. Dịch vụ khách hàng
    Cung cấp dịch vụ khách hàng tốt để khuyến khích “plus selling”.
    Lịch sự và lắng nghe nhu cầu của khách hàng.
    Nhận thông tin và giới thiệu tới khách hàng về hàng mới về, các chương trình khuyến mãi, chính sách thanh toán, đổi/trả…
    Xử lý khiếu nại từ khách hàng
  2. Quản lý bán hàng & lợi nhuận
    Phối hợp với Nhà cung cấp để thực hiện các chương trình khuyến mãi.
    Xác định mặt hàng doanh thu thấp, chất lượng kém, xác định nhu cầu của người tiêu dùng và tư vấn cho bộ phận bán hàng.
    Lưu trữ đơn mua hàng, bán hàng. Báo cáo định kỳ về kết quả bán hàng, khảo sát thị trường/khảo sát đối thủ cạnh tranh.
    Cung cấp số liệu bán hàng hàng ngày.
    Hỗ trợ nhân viên thu ngân trả/đổi hàng hóa theo yêu cầu.
  3. Quản lý nhân lực
    Lập kế hoạch và phân công nhiệm vụ cho nhân viên, tạo kế hoạch chia ca và phân công nhân viên trực.
    Đảm bảo đủ nhân lực trong các tình huống đột xuất.
    Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm tra số lượng nhân viên đi làm trong ngày và đồng phục của nhân viên.
    Chịu trách nhiệm về kết quả hoạt động của nhân viên.
    Xác định và giảm thiểu các công việc không cần thiết để tăng năng suất làm việc của nhân viên.
    Thường xuyên đào tạo, tạo động lực cho cấp dưới trong công việc hàng ngày.
    Xác định nhân viên tiềm năng cho các mục đích kế nhiệm.

– Breakdown the sales target given by Line/ Store Manager to each GL(s) and take responsibilities for sales target achievement of the division.
– Overall plan and supervise the execution of promotion schemes.
– Observe/gather information/suggestion from Group Leader(s) about sales trend, customer demands and advise Merchandising Dept. for any changes/ improvement in merchandise assortment, quality and quantity.
– Gather and consolidate all periodical reports from Group Leader(s) about top sales, promotion sales results, market survey/ competitor survey and submit to Line Manager.

Manpower management:

– Plan Monthly duty roster and manpower schedule.
– Ensure sufficient manpower during business in ad-hoc situations.

1. Operations duties

(a). Merchandise management

– Supervise subordinates to ensure:

– Prepare for higher management review:

• Weekly: sales information, sales promotion review, and report of slow-moving items

– Take a leading role in identifying any arising issues affecting sales and operation and proposing corrective actions to the Management.

[PROCESS CENTER] Deputy Manager

I. Roles and responsibilities:

1. Operations duties
a) Merchandise management
– Production management :
• Planning and coordinating production plan between Ghost kitchen and Central kitchen to adapt the demand of all Stores.
• Quick action for back up plan to assure products are fully provided to all Stores in any situation.
• Assure for smoothly operation of Processing Center
– Inventory management:
• Review on month-end stock level to assure all criteria is under control as target
• Be responsible for inventories management.Verify closing balance of inventory, conduct inspection if abnormal data or high loss occur, improvement action should be applied immedietly to control the issues.
• Work with Merchandising Dept. for any changes/improvement in material assortment, quality and quantity of products.

b) Non-merchandise management
• Ensure FSH,5S, FF standard are implemented and complied by all staff at both CK&GK (Kitchens). Perform monitoring activity to timely detect any deviations from standard and taking corrective action immediatly
• Key contact point to receive and resolve the matter relating to tool & equipment of the kitchens.
• Corporate with Facility HQ to plan for maintenance activity to assure equipment and machine of the kitchen, are always ready for mass production.
• Corporate with related departments to build up guideline/instruction booklet of equipment and machine for staff to reference at the kitchen. Assure all activity relating to labor safety are implemented and responed by all staff.
• Corporate with related departments to prepare for any tasks relating to inspection of Goverments
• Manage all of administration work of the kitchens, assure all process are applied in accordance with company’s regulations.

c) Delivery management
• Optimize delivery cost by carefully consider distribution activity from kitchen to each Store
• Ensure the products are discharged and arrived on time as determined by each Store.
• Assure the quality of the products delivered to the stores is in accordance with Aeon’s regulations on food safety and hygiene
• Set up control to prevent risk of loss during delivery process.

2. Manpower management
– Verify and approve manpower planning proposed by DL, responsible for productivity and efficiency of the whole team.

Key responsibilities:
1. Customer Service Activities
– Follow Company’s Rules on Customer Service (greeting, smiling, bowing and attitude towards customers).

Key responsibilities:

1. Merchandising management:

a. Stock Control
b. Merchandise Receiving
c. Price alteration
d. Merchandise destroy
e. Merchandise return & transfer
f. Supplier Management

2. 5S and Safety Implementation
– Responsible for safety of personnel working at the loading bay & warehouse.
– Ensure merchandise and receiving area is free of dust, well arranged, tidy, and neat and in proper area.
– Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as chemicals and food are stored safely.
– Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.
– Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

3. Manpower Management

– Optimize people productivity by manpower planning and implementation to achieve target and maximum productivity.
– Ensure efficient leadership to direct the Line/ Department towards Company’s business strategies.
– Monitor subordinates’ attendance and attire.
– Approve duty roster, shift plan raised by subordinates.
– Be responsible for subordinates’ performance.
– Take part in recruitment & selection activities for Line/Department’s staffing.
– Motivate, training and develop staff in order to encourage their professional development.
