Key responsibilities:

1. Quản lý hàng hóa
– Giám sát việc tiếp nhận hàng hoá nhằm đảm bảo chính xác về số lượng và tiêu chí kỹ thuật dựa vào đơn đặt hàng.
– Giám sát hàng hóa xuất kho để giao cho khách hàng hoặc cho mục đích bảo trì.
– Kiểm tra tính chính xác và đầy đủ thông tin của các giấy tờ kèm theo đơn đặt hàng, đặc biệt là các khai báo theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.
– Kiểm tra quy trình PA zero nhằm kiểm soát hàng tồn kho.
– Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng MMD lên kế hoạch, bố trí nhân lực, xin hỗ trợ nhân lực từ các phòng khác nhằm chuẩn bị cho việc kiểm kê giữa năm (Siêu thị) và kiểm kê hàng tháng (Ngành Hàng Thực Phẩm) nhằm kiểm soát hàng tồn kho…
– Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng MMD phân tích báo cáo kiểm kê, đối chiếu với hệ thống lưu trữ dữ liệu và các bộ phận khác…

2. Thực hiện nguyên tắc An toàn và 5S
– Chịu trách nhiệm về an toàn của nhân viên làm việc tại khu vực chất dỡ hàng và nhà kho.
– Đảm bảo hàng hóa và khu vực nhận hàng sạch sẽ, sắp xếp gọn gàng, ngăn nắp và đúng nơi quy định.
– Duy trì tiêu chuẩn về sức khỏe và vệ sinh an toàn, an toàn lao động, ví dụ đảm bảo hàng hóa như hóa chất và thực phẩm được dự trữ an toàn.

Job Requirements:

1. Qualifications & Experience

– Tốt nghiệp Đại học/ Cao đẳng
– Ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành bán lẻ
– 01 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan và quản lý nhóm ít nhất 5 người

2. Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

– Có thể đi làm theo ca và các ngày lễ, Tết
– Kỹ năng quản lý

Key responsibilities:

1. Merchandising management:

a. Stock Control
b. Merchandise Receiving
c. Price alteration
d. Merchandise destroy
e. Merchandise return & transfer
f. Supplier Management

2. 5S and Safety Implementation
– Responsible for safety of personnel working at the loading bay & warehouse.
– Ensure merchandise and receiving area is free of dust, well arranged, tidy, and neat and in proper area.
– Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as chemicals and food are stored safely.
– Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.
– Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

3. Manpower Management

– Optimize people productivity by manpower planning and implementation to achieve target and maximum productivity.
– Ensure efficient leadership to direct the Line/ Department towards Company’s business strategies.
– Monitor subordinates’ attendance and attire.
– Approve duty roster, shift plan raised by subordinates.
– Be responsible for subordinates’ performance.
– Take part in recruitment & selection activities for Line/Department’s staffing.
– Motivate, training and develop staff in order to encourage their professional development.
– Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.
– Build and promote team work spirit.

4. Rules & Regulations

– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
– Check, monitor, remind and guide all subordinate to follow the rules and regulations.

5. Other duties

– Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
– Support other departments as necessary.
– Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager or Senior General Manager – Operation.

Job Requirements:

1. Qualifications & Experience

– University degree or equivalent in Business, Economics.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in retail industry during which 1 or 2 year(s) in manager position.

2. Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

– Good command of English (verbal & written).
– Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point).
– Be able to work at shift & on Public holidays.
– Have ability to relocate to other Stores as per Company’s assignment is a plus.
