Primary Objective:

A SCM Specialist – Operation Improvement is responsible for performing improvement plans and projects for Store operation workflow relating to Backroom job and stock management efficiency, ordering system and ordering accuracy.

Key Activities:

  • Continuously studying store operation issues before/after any improvement was performed.
  • Create improvement plans for each issue in short-tem and long-term.
  • Cooperating with relating departments to perform the plan properly
  • Cooperate with DC development team to define efficiency logistic policies and procedure to ensure that the supply chain is appropriate, cost effective and store working effective and productive.

Roles and responsibilities:

1.(30%) Improvement of store backroom condition: Establishment of visual inventory control, improvement of workflow at back room job, keeping proper distance of pass way, ensuring laws and rules relating to backroom condition are followed.

2.(30%) Improvement of Ordering accuracy for Food line (Grocery&Non Food) and reduce back room inventory.

3.(30%) Improvement of Ordering system function and establishment of auto ordering system.

4.(10%) Improvement of store working efficiency via DC delivery: Linking DC delivery with store Daily working schedule and improvement of operational efficiency from DC delivery to replenish at store.

Requirement

Qualification and Job Requirements:

  • Degree of Logistic/Supply Chain/ BA.
  • Experienced on Retail business, Logistic improvement.
  • Or Equivalent experience: : Supply Chain Service Line

JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Objective:

DC Deputy manager is responsible for all aspects at DC; assuring the goals of Supply Chain Department in forming strong Service Logistics System and offering the competitive customer-driven supply chain with the main focus on:

  • (a) Maintaining efficient receiving, storing, dispatching goods from DC to AEON stores;
  • (b) Managing center staffs to accomplish day-to-day assignments and provide assistance whenever needed;
  • (c) Oversee 3PL’s performance and supplier’s delivery performance; and maintain efficient communication with relating sections to ensure high operational productivity and efficient stores chain delivery and identify areas for improvement.

Roles and responsibilities:

1.Managing:

  • Oversee daily activities at DC to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all receiving, orders, product delivered, transferred and returned from Suppliers and Stores.
  • Oversee and maintain efficient order replenishment and inventory control of Stock Point items.
  • Conduct periodical cycle count, stock take and fostering continuous inventory accuracy.
  • Control DC’s MHE resources from all AEON stores for the loss prevention.
  • Meet regularly with 3PLs to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and maximize daily operational efficiencies.
  • Monthly meeting with HQ and Store to address all issues regarding discrepancies and errors in the supply chain process then furnish solution of these issues.
  • Coordinate with HQ-SCM to evaluate 3PLs performance and supplier’s delivery performance by set KPIs to develop continuous supply chain improvements with the target of cost optimization.
  • Coordinate with HQ and Store to provide the efficient store delivery planning.
  • Manage DC’s Profit and Loss efficiently under budget assigned.
  • Direct, hiring, training, developing and evaluating Center staffs to assure Company policies, procedures to be followed in timely manner.
  • Other duties as requested or needed by superior.

2.Planning and budget:

Planning, budgeting and proposing by breaking down the duties into groups, making budgets (Yearly and Monthly) and clarifying ROI to the supervisor, for hiring employees and/or implementing any necessary assets to purchase and/or activities to be made for achieving the duties.

3.Monitoring:

Grasping the progress of various activities, management and controlling status to ensure that those are carried out as planned or budgeted, and improving its performance.

4.Maintenance of Policies and Regulations:

Investigating, checking, auditing, creating, maintaining, keeping in effective and proposing any policies, regulations or rules related to the department duties, obligations and responsibilities; then upon approvals from the direct supervisors, installing, implementing, enforcing and amending any such policies, regulations or rules.

5.Manage KPI, MBO of team:

g. Information Delivery to Staffs;
– Communicating with and delivering any necessary information to, the staffs in the department for carrying out their duties.

h. Reporting Duties
– Establishing and maintaining an appropriate reporting line from all staffs in the department, and report to and/or seek consultation from the supervisor and/or any other departments if necessary.
