I. Roles and responsibilities:
- Document processes and maintain mechanical guideline
- Troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as conduct the repairs process.
- Develop and implement mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
- Ensure the maintenance of production and quality by guaranteeing the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery
- Observe mechanical devices while in operation and tune in for issues by utilizing accuracy and inspection instruments.
- In charge of supervising and evaluating the performance of suppliers maintenance team according to service contract about machines, equipment.
- Co-operate with suppliers in settlement the issue relating to facilities and equipment.
2. Support to Admin to select the suitable machine, oven, tools& equipment for Store:
- Provide opinion to Admin to select the appropriate model, capacity of machine, tools& equipment for Store usage on perspective of efficiency and cost saving.
- In charge of hand-over the new machine and equipment, determine it’s location, and assure guideline is fully equiptted for user.
3. Plan and implement tool& equipment facilities for store:
- Optimize mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings
- Monitor the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
4. Guide & train to use safety machine, oven, electric, tool& equipment to store staff:
- Follows and guide to staff follow manufacturer’s instructions, engineering specifications, sketches, operation manuals, and diagrams, to diagnose and troubleshoot abnormalities
- Train staff on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment.
- Maintenance a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations
5. Other tasks:
- Ability to relocate to other Stores as per Company’s assignment
- Collect and report the reparation, maintenance history of machinery
