[HCM HQ] Merchandising Executive – Home Coordy
1. Roles and responsibilities:

Product Development (35%)
- Develop new product concepts aligned with the brand strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to determine product assortment, key categories, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate on packaging design to create visually appealing and functional packaging designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and adherence to deadlines, ensure smooth product launches and implementation of plans with operations and related departments

Sourcing (20%)
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Ensure supplier compliance with company standards and manage the sourcing process.
- Oversee product quality and supplier performance, maintaining strong relationships.
- Sales and Gross Profit (30%)
– Develop and implement strategies to archive sales and profitability (Neire, Gross Profit) for private brand products.
– Manage product costs, including manufacturing, inventory, and transportation.
– Conduct monthly sales reviews and develop sales plans to achieve targets.
– Propose effective promotion plans to drive sales.
– Manage inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and minimize write-offs.
– Conduct product knowledge training sessions for Supervisors and staff.
– Report to direct manager the Sales & GP Plan - Other Duties (10-15%)
- Perform tasks assigned by managers as necessary.
2. Job Requirement:
- 3-year experience in retail or manufacture industry with the same category.
- University Degree in economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications
- Good planning, organizing and timing-management skills. Acknowledge of the markets, relevant laws and regulations
- Problem solving skills and able to handle multi-tasks
- Details-Oriented results with Analytical ability
- Communication skills, co-ordinating with orther persons, departments to complete a job
- Good in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral). Japanese languege is preferred.
