(HCM) MARKETING COMMUNICATION DEPUTY MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new direction for owned, paid and earned media, especially build integrated social network to reach more CSTM in branding and performance campaigns.
- Leading AEON brand awareness projects for stores, supermarkets and AEON private brands (Hóme Cóordy, Topvalu).
- Evaluate and report on campaign performance to relevant stakeholders across the organization, including providing regular management reporting to inform the organization’s activity of effective KPI and budget, also control expense effectively (expense vs income).
- Design new experience in event for customers, encourage them to interact on both digital platforms and offline channels.
- Understand the effect of adverting channels (Owned Media (Online & Offline), Paid Media and utilize for each kind of campaign (promotion, service, branding, event, etc.)
- Coordinate with other department and Aeon group companies to strengthen Aeon Brand Awareness
- Other tasks assign by Marketing Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, international relations or communications
- At least 5 years as a Communication Leader, Marketing Coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Understand and know how to apply integrated communication plan to specific campaigns (Performance and Branding)
- Can work under high pressures
- Working location: HQ.
