[HCM] MERCHANDISING OFFICER (FOODLINE – GROCERY)

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage document of all SKUs:

    – Work with Supplier Management team to check expire date document.

    – Arrange the time to check and Push Suppliers to submit document on time.

• Negotiate skill:

    – Negotiate the promotion plan with Supplier follow Aeon timeline.

    – Arrange sampling schedule with supplier in store.

    – Checking rebate & make analysic.

• Building POG: Make analysic, survey and update POG based on market trend, customer trend & company policy.
• Responsibility sale & gross profit:

    – Sale & GP checking to ensure matching target.

    – Check inventory to ensure enough quantity for promotion plan.

    – Understand assortment plan to make product strategy.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree, preferably in Economic, Business Management.
• At least 1-2 year experience in retail with the same category.
• Working location: HQ – Aeon Tân Phú (30 Tan Thang Street, Son Ky Ward, Tan Phu District, HCMC).
