[HCM] Support Officer – Strategic Specialty Store

Main Duties:

1. Enhancing branding for Strategic Specialty Store (SSS) to increase customer’s awareness to Petemo, Bicycle and Daiso brand:
   – Utilize other platforms (Facebook, Tiktok…) to increase brand awareness
   – Create advertising and marketing content to do the branding on those platforms
   – Drive traffic from those channels to offline stores or Aeoneshop/Shopee site…
2. Improving display and selling way in-store:
   – Survey the market, competitor
   – Propose the way of display, presentation, POP… to improve selling way in store
   – Monitor all stores to apply and maintain proper selling way in store
3. Improving efficiency of Operation
   – Check and follow up stores to find out issues and suggest proposal to solve and improve operation efficiency 
   – Support for new store opening
4. Improving display and selling way in-store:
   – Survey the market, competitor
   – Propose the way of display, presentation, POP… to improve selling way in store
   – Monitor all stores to apply and maintain proper selling way in store

Requirements

• College degree in Marketing, Economic or equivalent qualifications
• 1-2 year experience in retail is a plus
• Have the innovative mindset, propose innovative ideas
• Creative in making advertising content
• Communication and negotiation skill/figure
