[HCMC] Support Officer (Strategic Specialty Store)

Main duties:

Improving efficiency of Operation of SSS (Strategic Specialty Store):

• Check and follow up DWS of SSS stores to find out issues and suggest proposal to solve and improve operation efficiency
• Support for new store opening

Improving display and selling way in-store:

• Survey the market, competitor
• Propose the way of display, presentation, POP… to improve selling way in store
• Monitor all stores to apply and maintain proper selling way in store

Diversifying sales channel of SSS:

• Work with EC sites/Market place to increase sales of SSS products online
• Follow up and support for the operation of SSS online business
• Widen the approaching channel to more segments of customers

Enhancing branding for SSS to increase customer’s awareness

• Utilize other platforms to increase brand awareness
• Create advertising and marketing
• Drive traffic from those channels to offline stores

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree in Marketing. Economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications
• 01 year experience in retail/ Ecommerce is a plus.
• Communication and negotiation skill/figure
• Customer-focused.
• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
