KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Member and Kids Club
– Follow monthly AEON Member and Kids Club recruitment, and manage related materials
– Implement activation/promotion for AEON Member and Kids Club as planned
– Coordinate with MD and partners to offer benefits for Member/ Kids club cardholders
– Work with Operation to proceed activation/ promotion
– Follow up and Support for contract and payment with legal, accounting and agencies
– Support to developing new trend/ activity to enrich customers’ shopping/ lifestyle experience
– Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
– Contribute to develop marketing plans and strategies.
– Managing Member & Kids Club POSM & fixture displays
– Evaluate marketing campaigns by collecting feedback and prepare reports.
* Partnership:
– Follow monthly Partnership program result
– Planning & working with brands and tenants for more Campaign sponsors
– Coordinate with internal department to process Partnership program if any
– Create standard procedure, working with Partners to expand AEON & Partners images
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree (preferably Marketing/ Business or equivalent)
- 01 year of related experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Partnership, etc.
- Good command of English
- Strong communication skills
- Planning, organizing, time-management skills
- Detail oriented and be able to handle multitasks
- Good relationship management
