Main Duties:

  1. Payroll Management:
  • Check Employee data on SAP system.
  • Process and check Time & Attendance data, working hours from system to payroll and reconcile variances ultilzing tools
  • Consult to correct attendance record errors
  • Process payroll (calculate, reconcile, prepare for bank transfer, distribute payslip) timely, accurately, and compliantly.
  • Respond employees questionaire and make reports
  1. PIT & Dependent registration & Social Insurance
  • Register PIT code and PIT dependent for employees.
  • Monthly report to Tax Dept, Social Insurance Agency
  • Perform PIT finalization on yearly basis for Vnese staffs.
  • Register SHUI contribution for new employees and resigned employees.
  • Make claims for social insurance benefits for employees
  1. Labor contract:
  • Make labor contract
  • Ensure labor contract and annex to labour contract are given to employees on time
  1. Employee’s profile management
  2.  Other tasks

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Minimum 3 years experience in C&B field with at least 500 employees.
  • Good knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam
  • Knowledge of SAP system, payroll module is preferred.
  • Strong PC skills including Excel.
  • Detail – oriented
  • Good analytical and communication skills.

[HCMC] EMPLOYEE RELATION EXECUTIVE

Key responsibilities:

Timely handling violations and complaints from employees, ensuring fairness in resolution. Participate in organizational strategic planning to improve employee compliance over the short and long term.

 

  1. Investigate violations & resolve complaint:
  • Participate, investigate, and resolve cases of Disciplinary & complaint.
  • Identify risks during violation investigation and propose violation prevention measures.
  • Provide solutions to limit and prevent violations.
  • Follow timeline action taken of each complaint in Staff hotline or case Disciplinary.

 

  1. Procedures, Rules, and Regulations
  • Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Review & update the internal labor regulations, the collective labor agreement, and other regulations relevant to Labor Law.
  • Review and update the procedure of discipline, staff hotline and other procedure relevant employee relation.
  • Legal advice to management on issues related to the professional work of the Human resources department, the Company’s activities related to Labor, etc.
  • Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the discipline rules and regulations.

 

  1. Training and posting peoplelink
  • Planning, coordinating with vendors and related Depts to ensure training the knowledge of disciplinary.
  • Building the content for training of discipline/staff Hotline to prevent violation.
  • Preparing the content of people link based on cases actual discipline (01 topic/month)
  • Ensure employees are fully trained in company regulations, processes and policies related to labor.

 

  1. Report
  • Report to HRIS about the data of discipline.
  • Report to Audit the risk management from the case of violations of Discipline & Staff hotline.
  • Report to BOED about the Discipline & Staff hotline.
  • Prepare content for the meeting of the company and Trade Union
  • Other reports related to the department’s work.

 

  1. Other duties: Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by HRM or Deputy HRM

 

Job Requirements:

  • University degree with a major in law.
  • At least 3 -year experience in Employee Relation field.
  • Knowledgeable about legal regulations related to human resources.

Main Duties:

  • Dealing Trading term yearly
    – Ensure suppliers have the capability and capacity to provide product in line with agreed timescales and quality standards
    – Build and maintain excellent relationship and network with suppliers
    – Ensure all aspects of supplier performance is properly and effectively assessed and managed, taking appropriate remedial action where necessary
    – Get better condition for TOP suppliers.
  • Bulding Assortment Plan
    – Analize (customer trend/ competitor/ Company situation)

    – Propose differentiation point in assortment.
  • Responsibility Sales & GP
    By Weekly

    By Month
    – Check Sales, Stock progress and make promotion plan for next month
    – Propose Sales plan in charge to OP team including display and Visual marchandsier
    – Provide the design, direction and placement of the POP
    – ABC analize and make desiton to expand item and reduce item
  • Build POG
    – Renew assortment.
    – Catch up the new trend.
    – Update POG quartely to ensure sale effeciency.
  • Sale plan/ Promotion plan
    – Explain to OP team as following
    1, Monthly sales plan
    (Focus item with sale plan, Block layout & promotion plan, Trend of sales)
    – Instruct and support to OP team layout change monthly
    – Solve merchandiser problem
    – Make marketing and POP to presend merchandiser starategy cleary for customers.
  • Other Duties
    – Any necessary task that is deemed important from time to time.

[HN-HQ] – Performance Management Executive

Primary Objective:

Manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management process is implemented effectively. Participates in organizational strategic planning to enhance workforce capabilities in short and long term.

Main Duties

♦Performance Management:
– Organizing Briefing Session on Performance Management Process in preparation for 03 phases: setting
Goals, mid-year review, year-end review for all G2+ at all work locations.
– Provide ongoing support and explanation to employees on Performance Management process and follow-up to ensure effective and timely implementation of the process.

A. Roles and responsibility

– Open bank account, Bank Guarantee, supplement bank documents relating to any changing organization structure, bank regulation and others
– Prepare loan documents to submit to the bank, feedback to the bank if any queries
– Regularly update detail loan, interest, repayment by banks and ensure it accurately and timely
– Prepare cash flow daily and ensure to update cashflow accurately and timely
