Deputy Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities:
1. Main duties

A. Membership
– Build Marketing plan relating to Membership (Member & Kids Club) from yearly to monthly to reach sales target and in Marketing budget
– Manage Customer loyalty program including membership card & mobile app
– Data analyst base on customers data
– Build member promotions, member benefits program & communication
– Mobile app development strategy and e-promotion

B.Co-brand & E-wallet
– Build strong external partners relationship from FMCGs, Tenants, E-wallet and managing procedure
– Build and call sponsorship via co-brand programs

C. Other Marketing tasks
– Visual merchandising management relating to Membership, Co-brand & E-wallet program
– Build and manage display material and decoration in store including POSM, POP, LCD
– Managing design and branding identification relating to Membership, Co-brand & E-wallet program
– Digital Marketing supporting
– Manage digital strategy including content, visual and technique
– Making online plan effectively by retargeting customers data
– Marketing Activation
– Build activation & promotion scheme
– Managing Agency including pitching, proposal and production
– Market survey planning
– Co-ordinating marketing plan and standards procedure with related departments
– Identify new trends in marketing and ensure the brand follows the trend of market

2. Rules and Regulations
– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
– Follow up and support to monitor these services operating.

3. Other duties
– Support company events or team activities.
– Quarterly survey competitors to learn their good practices and suggest improvement for AEON.
– Support to developing new trend/ activity to enrich customers’ shopping/ lifestyle experience.
– Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
– Contribute to develop marketing plans and strategies.
– Evaluate marketing campaigns by collecting feedback and prepare report.
– Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Marketing Manager.


Job Requirements:
1. Qualifications & Experience
– University graduated with the major of Marketing, Business or equivalent.
– Minimum 05 year of related experience.

2. Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
– Good communication skill & Management skill
– Good command of spoken and written English.
– Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks

[Hanoi] Supplier Management Deputy Manager

Key responsibilities/ Trách nhiệm chính:
1. Duties and Authorities regarding Business Planning
– Establishment of the strategies for department in long term (5 to 10 years), mid-term (3 years) and short-term (only next one year)
– Proposing, officializing, implementing and executing related policies, regulations and operating systems by analysis of risks, forecast etc., except any activities relating to Marketing, promotions of sales.

2. Duties and Authorities of Execution

– Improvements and Assurance of Quality of Products and Services
– Supplier Product Quality Assurance through Compliance Audit
– Supplier Product Quality Assurance through Supplier Competency Control (SQRP)

3. General Department Management

– Planning and budgeting
– Watching status
– Dealing contracts
– Maintenance of Policies and Regulations
– Supervising staffs, subordinates and Members
– Education for improvements

4. Special functions for External Affairs

– Being the primary contact to receive any requests of guests and visits besides government relations. By such requests, appointing any necessary personnel (including General Directors) in charge by planning and scheduling, and attend such visits to welcome and greet.

Requirements/ Yêu cầu:
– University degrees (knowledge of statistics preferable)
– BRC/IFS internal audit certificate or lead auditor certificate
– Experienced in Supplier Management and Media Management
– Strong knowledge of presentation skills and choosing appropriate words as both verbal and writing skills
– Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Vietnamese
– Strong negotiation skills for external affairs including authorities and governments
– Basis risk and crisis management skills
– Details oriented and being able to handle multi-tasks and good problem solving skills
– Excellent organising and time management skills.

Finance Control Deputy Manager

Key responsibilities:

– Checking the financial statement preparation monthly, quarterly and yearly: both balance sheet, cash-flow and Profit and loss
– Prepare and manage budgets, projection the business plan and budgeting yearly, mid-term plan
– Arrange new sources of finance for company’s debt facilities
– Manage the cash-flow and prepare cash-flow forecasts in accordance with policy
– Formulate strategic and long-term business plans
– Analyze competitors and market trends
– Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
– Develop and implement policies and procedures as required to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure
– Development and strengthen the entire ERP system to ensures finance control, reducing risk and increase both the proficiency and efficiency
– Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projects
– Rendering financial advice to the management officials of different operations, to undertake proper financial planning and decision making.
– Assisting in projecting future financial needs, taking into considerations the various projects undertaken by the organizations and also help the higher officials in management of financial resources.
– Involving the listing process preparation, joint stock company
– M&A valuation project
– Financing activities to mobilize the funds
– Other tasks and duties assigned by Direct Manager

Job Requirements:

1. Qualifications & Experience
– Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting or Finance
– Familiar with IFRS, international accounting standards (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CMA prefer)

2. Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
– Experience in doing budgeting & planning, controlling
– Demonstrable leadership experience
– Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English both spoken and written
– High ethical standards and integrity
– Have experience with ERP/SAP, enjoy building relationships, have strong problem solving
