We are hiring Sale Operation Delivery Executive (Chuyên viên quản lý đơn vị vận chuyển – trang thương mại điện tử EShop)

MAIN DUTIES

1. Online Sales & management:

– Responsibility number order actually hand over to delivery , make sure 100% order will handover after scan sales.

– Continuously optimize order process, monitor delivering services and handle return, refund, exchange requests from customers properly.

– To develop & monitor key performance indicators (Sales revenue, number of Orders, % cancellation before & after handover to delivery).

2.Customers service:

– Decreasing % cancellation after handover to delivery

3.Expense Control:

– Manage delivery Expense and service.

REQUIRÊMNT

  • Graduated University /College (Business administration)
  • At least 3 years experience in same position
  • This job requires exceptional organizational and time management skills

[RDC HƯNG YÊN] DC DELIVERY EXECUTIVE (Chuyên viên Xuất hàng)

Working location: Văn Lâm, Hưng Yên

Primary Objective:

  • Manage all operation of Delivery section according to DC plan and DC role.

Roles and responsibilities:

1.Manage Delivery to Stores according to volume and requirement, include managing transportation vendor to ensure deliver on time and exactly

– Manage outbound volume to make sure that goods are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities.
– Monitor the dispatch process to make sure loading and leaving the truck on time.
– Implement and monitors outbound policies and procedures.
– Communicate with stores and respond to requests.
– Record related data for reporting purpose.

2. Plan and deploy Manpower, Operation, Layout, Working schedule

– Make plan in case of the picking volume over the picking capacity to meet the business demand.
– Make working schedule for Staffs of team
– Plan Operation, Layout, SOP
– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations

3. Detect, solve and take solution for problem. Study to improve operation and capacity

– Manage claim, accident Report of loss, problem…
– Support Staffs frequently about new issues and find out solution to solve it.

4. Manage Cost of Operation

– Control, calculate, summary, report Cost of Operation, Transportation

5. Manage KPI, MBO of team

– Create and control KPI for section activities
– Create and control MBO of staffs.
– Do any reports & tasks are assigned by Superior

Qualification and Job Requirements:

  • From Bachelor Degree
  • 2+ year experience in Warehouse Operation
  • Good at MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint…), Operation system ( WMS, SAP, Profit…)
  • Honestly, carefully and negotiation skill

[RDC HƯNG YÊN] ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE

Working location: Văn Lâm, Hưng Yên

Primary Objective:

  • Manage Reception / Accounting task at DC according to DC plan and DC role.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Manage Reception, Checking Document, Invoice…

– Check information in invoice, ensure it correctly, timely and be entered in the system
– Match invoice with PO to run payment of supplier
– Arrange & store invoices tidily, retrieve invoices according HQ’s request
– Issue invoice to supplier for Goods Return/ Transfer Invoice
– Reconcile VAT Invoice between E-Invoice system vs Profit system. Prepare input VAT daily and submitted timely and accurately to the Head Quarter
– Prepare minutes of cancelling and adjusting invoice
– Calculate GRN cost to charge supplier

2. Plan and deploy Manpower, Operation, Layout, Working schedule

– Make working schedule for Staffs of team
– Plan Operation, Layout, SOP
– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations

3. Detect, solve and take solution for problem. Study to improve operation and capacity

– Control and adjust wrong price PO in system and ensure not delay payment due to wrong price
– Create MRS transaction for disposal, damaged goods at DC.
– Manage claim, accident report of loss, problem…
– Support staffs frequently about new issues and find out solution to solve it.

4. Manage Cost of Operation

– Control, calculate, summary, report Cost of Operation

5. Manage KPI, MBO of team

– Create and control KPI for section activities
– Create and control MBO of staffs.
– Do any reports & tasks are assigned by Superior

Qualification and Job Requirements:

  • 2+ year experience in Accounting of Logistics, or Warehouse Operation
  • Management skill

Working location: KCN Tân Quang, Văn Lâm, Hưng Yên

Primary Objective:

  • Manage all operation of Cross dock section include Receiving, Sorting, Staging according to DC plan and DC role.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Manage Booking and Receiving from Supplier to DC. Manage Sorting and Staging

– Check, adjust, confirm Booking from Supplier
– Create the inbound volume daily schedule in advantage.
– Monitor the receiving process to make sure receiving data and actual matching together.
– Make sure the receiving capacity of team is utilized by smooth the demand in week or month.
– Make plan in case of the receiving volume over the receiving capacity to meet the business demand.
– Work with MD and suppliers to make all the compliance are followed.

[HCMC] Supply Chain Management Executive

Key responsibilities:

A SCM Executive – Operation Improvement is responsible for performing improvement plans and projects for Store operation workflow relating to Backroom job and stock management efficiency, ordering system and ordering accuracy.

  • Improvement of store backroom condition: Establishment of visual inventory control, improvement of workflow at back room job, keeping proper distance of pass way, ensuring laws and rules relating to backroom condition are followed.
  • Improvement of Ordering accuracy for Foodline (Grocery & NonFood) and reduce back room inventory.
  • Improvement of Ordering system function and establishment of auto ordering system.

– Đảm bảo hàng hóa và khu vực nhận hàng sạch sẽ, sắp xếp gọn gàng, ngăn nắp và đúng nơi quy định.
