Job Purpose & Scope of the role:

Development Officer (Research and Planning) is responsible for assistance work of development which is instructed by Deputy Manager and Manager.

Key responsibilities:    

  • Make minutes of meetings
  • Make drafts of letters
  • Correspondence work between related companies and local authorities
  • Assist potential location map for SC Development in consideration of SC Development Area Strategy
  • Assist negotiation with landlords to make the land or space available for SC Development and to make space to operate stores
  • Prepare necessary documents and information for making Agreement with Landowners in Land matters
  • Research competitor information
  • Ride motorbikes and research catchment information
  • Make catchment maps
  • Research infrastructure related to potential sites
  • Study market research methods and compile market data and the related information for SC Development Planning
  • Study and use Map Info System
  • Study and analyze SC and Store P/L

Other duties

[HANOI OFFICE] Marketing Executive (Member)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for managing AEON Membership promotion, Kids club promotion & Partnership program

Kids Club

  • Follow monthly card recruitment as target
  • Plan & propose activities/ promotion for Kids Club
  • Coordinate with MD and partners to offer benefit for Kid Club cardholders
  • Guide & manage G2 staff to process Kids Club activities, promotion, events, baby fairs to make sure all activities run as target
  • Promote & Plan Meon Chan images and activities to be AEON’s representative characters

Partnership

  • Follow monthly Partnership program result
  • Plan & find sponsor Partnership to bring more benefits for AEON Members as target
  • Coordinate with internal department to process Partnership program if any
  • Create and maintain strong relationship with Partners to keep benefits all time for AEON Members
  • Create standard procedure, working with Partners to expand AEON & Partners images
  • Manage POSM, fixture display for both AEON & Partners channels to make sure promotions impress customers

Member promotion

  • Follow monthly AEON Member result and performance
  • Plan Membership promotions and ideas to adapt customers need and increase Member performance
  • Directly plan & execute Promotion, activation, POSM, communication relating to Member at the North stores
  • Work with internal Departments & External suppliers, Partners to process activities, promotion, function related to Membership program

[HCMC] Marketing Officer (Data Analyst)

Key responsibilities:

Exploit company data and data from Member/Kids club customers, perform organizational requirements, organize and query data according to job requirements

 

  1. Main duties
  • Analyze, evaluate data sources to develop, deploy and operate solutions for companies based on big data platforms
  • Cooperate with other departments (Customer service, Operations, Merchandising) for jobs related to data analysis and query data

Job Purpose & Scope of the role:

Development Deputy Manager (Research and Planning) is responsible for identifying potential locations for SC/ GMS, looking for suitable projects for stores operated by Aeon Vietnam, preparing all necessary information regarding development, making necessary feasible studies and managing internal procedures of all SC projects.

Key responsibilities:    

  • Identify potential locations for SC Development in consideration of Development Area Strategy
  • Assist SC Development for its smooth construction including but not limited to resolving disputes with land owners from time to time
  • Obtain and prepare necessary documents and information for making Agreement
  • Research & find out strategies of SC and Store Development Area 
  • Analyze existing SC and store P/L
  • Assist to make Mid Term SC and Store’s Development Planning and Annual Strategy for SC and Store’s Development
  • Develop good relationship with private companies or governmental bodies for developing potential sites and negotiate with them for SC and Store’s Development
  • Carry out Area research (residential areas, competitors, catchment, existing and future roads in new markets).
  • Study SC prototypes (SC structure, Size, Concept, Investment, Layout, Sales) including Tenant Mix of SC
  • In order to make sure that the works of officers and consultants are in order, one shall constantly conduct reviewing and analysis on their jobs and give guidance whenever necessary
  • Constantly have a good grip on the industry trends, market trends and consumer trends
  • Calculate proposed ROI Plans for Development and propose appropriate Investment Amount for Development Projects
  • Develop market research methods and compile market data and related information for SC Development Planning
  • Study and use Map Info System
  • Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Development Manager or General Manager.
