MAIN DUTIES:

1. Online sale management

– To develop and mornitor key performance indicators ( Orders, Sales, Stock, price, …..)

2. Cash Management

– Ensure money and documents are collected in full, exactly, on time and according to the process

– Provide solutions to ensure that debts and receivable documents are tracked in a timely manner to limit losses

3. Manpower management

– Plan Monthly Division’s duty roster and manpower schedule

– Make solution for sufficient manpower during business in ad-hoc situations

– Identify and reduce unnecessary tasks to increase staff productivity

– Take part in recruitment & selection activities for Division’s staffing

– Motivate, training and develop staff in order to encourage their professional development

– Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes

– Build and promote team work spirit

4. Expense control

– Provide solutions to optimize resources and increase productivities

[HCMC] SUPPORT OFFICER (OPERATION & MARKETING)

Key responsibilities:

Support for SSS business (Daiso, Bike, Petemo) to improve sales, GP and efficiency of Operation.

 

Main duties:

  1. Improving efficiency of Operation of SSS:
  • Check and follow up DWS of SSS stores to find out issues and suggest proposal to solve and improve operation efficiency (sales, GP, loss, inventory, TOD, PA…)

Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Operations duties
    a. Merchandise management
    – Supervise subordinates to ensure:
    • Received merchandise at loading bay is in correct quantity, quality and specifications.
    • Merchandise on sales floor is fully replenished, in good conditions & quality.

    b. Non-merchandise management

    • All backrooms are locked and in good conditions.
    • Fire Safety procedure is carried out properly.

    c. Customer service
    – Handle customer complaints raised by Division Leader(s), difficult and complicated sales.
    – Always remind subordinate to promote “customer first” spirit.
    – Follow Company’s Rules on Customer Service (greeting, smiling, bowing and attitude towards customers).
  2. Sales and Profits
    – Brief subordinates on yesterday sales achievement, today sales budget, up-to-date sales achievement, promotion and company updates.
    – Share information about customer voice or any arising issues.
    – Breakdown the sales target given by the Management to each Division Leader and take responsibilities for sales target achievement of the Department.
    – Plan daily sales target on a monthly basis, basing on target of the month announced by Merchandise Department.
    – Analyze sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.
    – Analyze and interpreting trends to facilitate planning.
    – Take overall responsibility for the successful execution of all promotion schemes.
    – Work with Merchandising Dept. for any changes/improvement in merchandise assortment, quality and quantity.
    – Prepare for higher management review:
    • Weekly: sales information, sales promotion review and report of slow moving items.

I.Mô tả công việc

1. Quản lý & bán hàng trực tuyến
– Quản lý nhóm xử lý các đơn hàng trực tuyến hàng ngày để hoàn thành tất cả các đơn hàng kịp thời với chất lượng công việc hiệu quả.
– Đảm bảo mọi thắc mắc của khách hàng từ nhiều điểm tiếp xúc khác nhau (đường dây nóng, email, bình luận và tin nhắn trên trang) được xử lý kịp thời với cách thức phù hợp.
– Đào tạo nhân viên về quy trình, quy trình, giám sát đơn hàng, dịch vụ khách hàng, v.v….
– Tuân thủ các chỉ số hiệu suất chính (Doanh thu bán hàng, số lượng Đơn hàng, % hủy trước & sau khi bàn giao để giao hàng).
– Quản lý và phân bổ ca làm việc & thời gian làm việc của nhân viên để xử lý tốt nhất mọi đơn hàng và yêu cầu từ khách hàng.
– Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (Vận hành, kho bãi, Vận tải, Kế toán…) để cung cấp sản phẩm của công ty đến khách hàng một cách hiệu quả & hiệu quả.

2. Dịch vụ khách hàng
– Quản lý yêu cầu của khách hàng trên tất cả các kênh trực tuyến với khả năng phản hồi nhanh chóng và phù hợp.
– Cập nhật tất cả các vấn đề liên quan đến đơn hàng để tiếp tục phối hợp với khách hàng.
– Theo dõi kết thúc, nhận xét, phản hồi và báo cáo của khách hàng.
3. Kiểm soát chi phí
– Làm thế nào để cải thiện hiệu quả quản lý theo giờ làm việc cho nhân viên (bán hàng, người lấy hàng).
– Quản lý vật tư, thiết bị hợp lý.
4. Các quy tắc và quy định
– Tuân thủ các chính sách, nội quy và quy định của công ty.

 A. Roles & responsibilities

1. Operations management            

– Ensure the store day-to-day operations are ready for business.
– Ensure all company properties are in serviceable condition.
– Monitor stock levels and its movement to minimize “out of stock” situation, but to maximize sales.
– Set up and monitor all working procedures in order to provide and maintain good customer services to customers.
– Attend to customer complaints wherever necessary and take appropriate steps to solve such complaints promptly.
– Plan and approve orders according to the company policies and guidelines.

1. Operations duties
a) Merchandise management
