I. Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment activity:

‘- Coordinate with Hiring Manager to understand the scope, responsibilities and requirements of positions to be filled.
– Define job accountabilities and requirements of vacancies, make necessary adjustments to the description and expectation to fill in the positions.
– Implement recruiting process: phone screening, interviews, reference check, offer…
– Follow up with filled vacancy to ensure the selected candidate to meet company’s needs, resolve issues with Hiring Manager on staffing actions.
– Manage existing candidate database to exploit for future positions.
– Maintain a good relationship with candidates for future and/or unexpected hiring need
– Create strong network within company, vocational centers and universities, in social channels to maximize the chances.
– Identify appropriate channels for sourcing potential candidates, take initiatives for attracting and retaining talents.
– Manage applicant information in recruitment database in proper manner.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends
– Conduct exit interview and analyze the reasons of resignation.
– Prepare recruitment reports weekly/ monthly

 2. Training activities:

– Be in charge of new staff orientation program.
– Train promoters on Store rules.
– Receive training request from Line Manager(s) and work with them to develop materials for training.
– Prepare logistics for training (book room & projector, send invitation, check attendance, make training report etc.) & conduct training.

3. Employee Relation & Performance:

– Participate in Branding activities through social media channels.
– Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires.
– Support Management Trainee program to attract the most potential candidates.

4. HR management & Reports:

– Ensure General Staff’s attendance and attire.
– Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.
– Check information and provide report when necessary.
– Manage all store staff & Promoters personal and job information.
– Take photo for new staff (including Promoter) and proceed employee magnet card printing.
– Collect new staff’s information and process hiring step on the system.  

5. Rules and Regulations:

– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
– Check, monitor, remind and guide General staff to follow the rules and regulations.

6. Other duties:

– Support other departments as necessary.
– Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by HR Deputy Manager, HR Manager, Store Manager

II. Qualification and Job Requirements:

  1. University/ College degree
  2. 1 ~ 3 years of direct recruiting experience
  3. Be able to work at shift & on Public holidays
  4. Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power point)
  5. Good communication and problem solving skill
  6. Customer focused
  7. Self-disciplined with ability to work independently
  8. Have ability to relocate to other Stores as per Company’s assignment is a plus

[HCM – AEON Celadon Tân Phú] Trưởng quầy Thiết Kế Bảng Giá – SPA Division Leader

I. Roles and responsibilities:

  1. SPA Management:
    – Supervise, control the overall aestheticism and manage the image of store.
    – Manage and review the store presentation up to standard through regular check
    – Inform the planning and requirement form MKT to SPA team, follow process and result of work.
    – Lead and support SPA store with turning creative design into a reality.
    – Supervise SPA team to complete display to deadline.
    – Collect and check report from SPA team.
    – Control maintaining, store of equipment and products at store.
    – Collaborate closely with store operation, support or create display for promotion & event at store.
  2. VMD:
    – Plan timeline, layout to set up decoration for store.
    – Work with supplier about ordering, printing and construction
    – Update, develop VMD guideline and training new SPA member or store staff in the execution.
    – Research data, trend in design, lifestyle and contribute ideas for decoration concept.
    – Receive feedback from colleagues and customers on the visual impact of displays and implement changes and improvements.
    – Work with supplier, follow about contract and payment.
  3. Design and display:
    – Adapt layout of POP, hanging mobile, poster, info bunting, outdoor, indoor baner
    – Draw, print and other artwork, using computer.
    – In charge of design which are ordered from store (POP, POSM…)
    – Supervise the display of POP, standee, information/notice board in the Store to ensure the achievement of display purposes & clear conveyance of information.
    – Supervise, be responsible for the execution of Store’s decoration projects to ensure the aestheticism, technical quality, and Company image through each event.
  4. Manpower management
    – Plan and assign jobs subordinates.
    – Ensure sufficient manpower during business in ad-hoc situations.
    – Identify and reduce unnecessary tasks to increase staff productivity.
    – Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.
    – Build and promote teamwork spirit.
    – Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.
  5. Other duties
    – Support other departments as necessary.
    – Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by direct Store Manager.

II. Qualification and Job Requirements:

  1. University degree with Training in computer oriented design and graphic design software.
  2. Minimum 01 year of related experience.
  3. Strong sense of aestheticism
  4. Excellence proficiency in Computer Software for design
  5. Good communication skill
  6. Teamwork skill: Actively promote team work

[AEON-CANARY Bình Dương] Chuyên viên Kỹ thuật – Bảo trì

Mục tiêu chính:
– Chịu trách nhiệm sửa chữa, bảo trì & cải tiến máy móc, lò nướng, dụng cụ & thiết bị
– Xác định nguồn gốc của các vấn đề phát sinh thông qua quan sát cách các thiết bị vận hành và điều chỉnh/sửa chữa chúng bằng các phương pháp chính xác/hợp lý và các thiết bị đo lường


Mô tả công việc:
1.Sửa chữa, bảo trì & cải tiến máy móc, lò nướng, dụng cụ & thiết bị, điện (30%)
– Ghi lại các quy trình và hướng dẫn sử dụng máy móc
– Khắc phục sự cố máy móc và hư hỏng, cũng như thực hiện sửa chữa.
– Xây dựng và thực hiện các kế hoạch bảo trì máy móc để ngăn ngừa sự cố thiết bị tốn kém.
– Đảm bảo duy trì sản xuất và chất lượng bằng cách đảm bảo hoạt động của các thiết bị và máy móc
– Quan sát các thiết bị máy móc trong khi hoạt động và điều chỉnh các vấn đề bằng cách sử dụng các công cụ kiểm tra và độ chính xác.


2.Hỗ trợ Admin đặt hàng máy, lò nướng, dụng cụ & thiết bị (20%)

3.Lập kế hoạch và triển khai công cụ & thiết bị hỗ trợ cho cửa hàng (20%)
– Tối ưu hóa hiệu quả bằng cách điều chỉnh cài đặt máy móc và thiết bị
– Theo dõi tồn kho của các bộ phận và bổ sung vật tư.


4.Hướng dẫn & đào tạo sử dụng an toàn máy móc, lò nướng, điện, dụng cụ & trang thiết bị cho nhân viên siêu thị (20%)
– Theo dõi và hướng dẫn nhân viên làm theo hướng dẫn của nhà sản xuất, thông số kỹ thuật, bản phác thảo, hướng dẫn vận hành và sơ đồ để chẩn đoán và khắc phục sự cố bất thường
– Đào tạo nhân viên về sử dụng máy móc, thiết bị an toàn và hiệu quả.
– Duy trì môi trường làm việc ngăn nắp và tuân thủ các quy định của ngành.


5.Các nhiệm vụ khác (10%)
– Có khả năng di chuyển đến các Cửa hàng khác theo sự phân công của Công ty
– Thu thập và báo cáo lịch sử sửa chữa, bảo trì của máy móc


Yêu cầu
-Bằng tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên các chuyên ngành cơ khí, kĩ thuật, điện,…
-Kinh nghiệm ít nhất 3 năm liên quan đến thiết kế, lắp đặt, bảo trì và sửa chữa cơ khí
-Sử dụng tốt máy tính và MS office
-Tư duy lập kế hoạch, phát triển và cải tiến
-Giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản
-Sẵn sàng thực hiện công việc bảo trì, sửa chữa ngoài giờ hành chính
-Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao

TRAINING EXECUTIVE (COORDINATOR & DATA ANALYSIS)

  1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage Training Data & Reports:

– Regularly collect, update and clean training related data from various sources (internal & external)
– Generate periodic reports, dashboards to visually present ideas and quickly map out issues with the business, guiding quality decision
– Work & follow up with other depts (IT, HR, etc.) to synchronize / interface with internal systems.
