I. Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Repare, maintain & improve machine, oven, tools& equipment, electric:

– Document processes and maintain mechanical guideline
– Troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as conduct the repairs process.
– Develop and implement mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
– Ensure the maintenance of production and quality by guaranteeing the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery
– Observe mechanical devices while in operation and tune in for issues by utilizing accuracy and inspection instruments.
– In charge of supervising and evaluating the performance of suppliers maintenance team according to service contract about machines, equipment.
– Co-operate with suppliers in settlement the issue relating to facilities and equipment.

2. Support to Admin to select the suitable machine, oven, tools& equipment for Store:

– Provide opinion to Admin to select the appropriate model, capacity of machine, tools& equipment for Store usage on perspective of efficiency and cost saving.
– In charge of hand-over the new machine and equipment, determine it’s location, and assure guideline is fully equiptted for user.

3. Plan and implement tool& equipment facilities for store:

– Optimize mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings
– Monitor the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.

4. Guide & train to use safety machine, oven, electric, tool& equipment to store staff:

– Follows and guide to staff follow manufacturer’s instructions, engineering specifications, sketches, operation manuals, and diagrams, to diagnose and troubleshoot abnormalities
– Train staff on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment.
– Maintenance a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations

5. Other tasks:

– Ability to relocate to other Stores as per Company’s assignment
– Collect and report the reparation, maintenance history of machinery

II. Qualification and Job Requirements:

  1. Professional school diploma or college degree
  2. Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
  3. At least 03 years related extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs
  4. Abilities to use computer, office programs
  5. Planning, development, improvement mindset
  6. Basic in English language (both written and oral)
  7. Work well under high pressure
  8. Willingness to perform mechanical maintenance and
    repairs outside of business hours
  9. Good communication skill
  10. Problem solving skill

I. Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment activity:

‘- Coordinate with Hiring Manager to understand the scope, responsibilities and requirements of positions to be filled.
– Define job accountabilities and requirements of vacancies, make necessary adjustments to the description and expectation to fill in the positions.
– Implement recruiting process: phone screening, interviews, reference check, offer…
– Follow up with filled vacancy to ensure the selected candidate to meet company’s needs, resolve issues with Hiring Manager on staffing actions.
– Manage existing candidate database to exploit for future positions.
– Maintain a good relationship with candidates for future and/or unexpected hiring need
– Create strong network within company, vocational centers and universities, in social channels to maximize the chances.
– Identify appropriate channels for sourcing potential candidates, take initiatives for attracting and retaining talents.
– Manage applicant information in recruitment database in proper manner.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends
– Conduct exit interview and analyze the reasons of resignation.
– Prepare recruitment reports weekly/ monthly

 2. Training activities:

– Be in charge of new staff orientation program.
– Train promoters on Store rules.
– Receive training request from Line Manager(s) and work with them to develop materials for training.
– Prepare logistics for training (book room & projector, send invitation, check attendance, make training report etc.) & conduct training.

3. Employee Relation & Performance:

– Participate in Branding activities through social media channels.
– Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires.
– Support Management Trainee program to attract the most potential candidates.

4. HR management & Reports:

– Ensure General Staff’s attendance and attire.
– Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.
– Check information and provide report when necessary.
– Manage all store staff & Promoters personal and job information.
– Take photo for new staff (including Promoter) and proceed employee magnet card printing.
– Collect new staff’s information and process hiring step on the system.  

5. Rules and Regulations:

– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
– Check, monitor, remind and guide General staff to follow the rules and regulations.

6. Other duties:

– Support other departments as necessary.
– Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by HR Deputy Manager, HR Manager, Store Manager

II. Qualification and Job Requirements:

  2. 1 ~ 3 years of direct recruiting experience

I. Roles and responsibilities:

  1. SPA Management:
    – Supervise, control the overall aestheticism and manage the image of store.
    – Manage and review the store presentation up to standard through regular check
    – Inform the planning and requirement form MKT to SPA team, follow process and result of work.
    – Lead and support SPA store with turning creative design into a reality.
    – Supervise SPA team to complete display to deadline.
    – Collect and check report from SPA team.
    – Control maintaining, store of equipment and products at store.
    – Collaborate closely with store operation, support or create display for promotion & event at store.
  2. VMD:
    – Plan timeline, layout to set up decoration for store.
    – Work with supplier about ordering, printing and construction
    – Update, develop VMD guideline and training new SPA member or store staff in the execution.
    – Research data, trend in design, lifestyle and contribute ideas for decoration concept.
    – Receive feedback from colleagues and customers on the visual impact of displays and implement changes and improvements.
    – Work with supplier, follow about contract and payment.
  3. Design and display:
    – Adapt layout of POP, hanging mobile, poster, info bunting, outdoor, indoor baner
    – Draw, print and other artwork, using computer.
    – In charge of design which are ordered from store (POP, POSM…)
    – Supervise the display of POP, standee, information/notice board in the Store to ensure the achievement of display purposes & clear conveyance of information.
    – Supervise, be responsible for the execution of Store’s decoration projects to ensure the aestheticism, technical quality, and Company image through each event.
  4. Manpower management
    – Plan and assign jobs subordinates.
    – Ensure sufficient manpower during business in ad-hoc situations.
    – Identify and reduce unnecessary tasks to increase staff productivity.
    – Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.
    – Build and promote teamwork spirit.
    – Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.
  5. Other duties
    – Support other departments as necessary.
    – Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by direct Store Manager.

II. Qualification and Job Requirements:

  1. University degree with Training in computer oriented design and graphic design software.
  2. Minimum 01 year of related experience.
  3. Strong sense of aestheticism
  4. Excellence proficiency in Computer Software for design
  5. Good communication skill
  6. Teamwork skill: Actively promote team work
  7. Good command of English is a plus
