[HCM] Marketing Communication Officer
A. Job Responsibilities
1. Main duties
- Release AEON information (promotion products, events, member benefits, etc.) to Target Audiences with effective KPI from Owned Channels, Earned Channels and Paid Channels
- Always develop AEON brand identity, broaden awareness of its values and priorities in customer’s mind; as well increase the visibility of its leadership across a wider audience
- Understand digital index, budget following AEON strategy to efficiently deliver Integrated Communication Plan
- Understand company process of shooting (video and photo), materials delivery, payment
- Improve and optimize digital database case by case
- Be able to produce best visuals, contents on diverse platforms for each AEON campaign
- Be proactive to follow up Execution Plan with Digital Agency
- Quickly produce contents for urgent cases
2. Rules and Regulations
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
3. Other duties
- Support company events or team activities.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Marketing Manager.
B. Job Requirements
- University graduated with the major of Marketing, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 01 year of related experience
- Good interpersonal skill and collaborative working manner
- Aesthetic, dynamic, flexible, agile and proactive
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
- Good planning, organizing and time-management skills
- Good writing contents on many platforms
- Ability to use Photoshop, AI is a plus
