[HCMC] INNOVATION EXECUTIVE (FOODLINE & PROCEDURE)

Innovate operations and services to give customers the best experience and staff do more efficient productivity.

Completed signed- jobs by Innovation Deputy Manager.

 

  1. Service Innovation
  • Survey competitors & looking for new services to increase customer experiences & satisfaction.
  • Applying technology in serving customers.
  1. Working Condition Innovation
  • Observe and suggest improvements in the working process to make work more efficient.
  • Provide tools and equipment to innovate the working way.
  • System innovation
  1. Procedure
  • Make the operation flow & procedure for new system, new process, new service, new equipment….
  • Innovate existing processes and procedures to ensure smooth and fast operations.
  • Survey competitors and customers to suggest improvements in operation to ensure smooth and fast operating processes.
  1. Support
  • Cooperate with related departments to make the plan and organize the contest, skill test.
  • New store opening: modify, update training document, organize the training class, make to do list etc.
  • Other tasks or responsibilities as assign by store operation Deputy Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • University/ College degree.
  • Prefer 3-year experience in Foodline Department.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Have experience in writing manuals and operating procedures.
  • Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database.
  • Detail oriented and able to handle multi-tasks.
  • Be able to go business if needed.
