KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Dashboards, analyses reports for the BOD and key business function:

– Consult and create dashboards, analyses report for the Board of Director and the key business

Understand business processes and explore knowledge in data warehouse:

– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and explore knowledge in Data Warehouse

Manage BI reports & Data warehouse system:

– Manage BI reports

– Be responsible for the accuracy of the calculations

– Discovering and fix incidents of lacking data, system performance.

– Collecting data based on new demands of departments.

Analyses and recommend:

– Perform analyses, give recommendations based on requirement of leaders: Assist BI leader to improve dashboard and BI report system

Training:

– Organizing training courses for departments.

– On-job training, answering questions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

– BA in Economics, Information System, Business

– Preferably 2 years of proven career track in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics

– Advance SQL knowledge to write complex query and procedure, excellent MS Excel

– Advance experience in using BI tools to build dashboards: SAP BI/ SAP BOBJ are preferable

– High responsibility, dedication and having ability to work under pressure

– Fluently in English with 4 skills are preferable

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for managing AEON Membership promotion, Kids club promotion & Partnership program

Kids Club

  • Follow monthly card recruitment as target
  • Plan & propose activities/ promotion for Kids Club
  • Coordinate with MD and partners to offer benefit for Kid Club cardholders
  • Guide & manage G2 staff to process Kids Club activities, promotion, events, baby fairs to make sure all activities run as target
  • Promote & Plan Meon Chan images and activities to be AEON’s representative characters

Partnership

  • Follow monthly Partnership program result
  • Plan & find sponsor Partnership to bring more benefits for AEON Members as target
  • Coordinate with internal department to process Partnership program if any
  • Create and maintain strong relationship with Partners to keep benefits all time for AEON Members
  • Create standard procedure, working with Partners to expand AEON & Partners images

Member promotion

  • Follow monthly AEON Member result and performance
  • Plan Membership promotions and ideas to adapt customers need and increase Member performance
  • Directly plan & execute Promotion, activation, POSM, communication relating to Member at the North stores
  • Work with internal Departments & External suppliers, Partners to process activities, promotion, function related to Membership program

[HCMC] Risk Management Coordinator Executive

Key responsibilities:

This position is responsible for providing risk oversight and advice, counsel the BOED, and establish risk management policies, limits, standards, controls, metrics and thresholds within the defined corporate standards

 

  1. Enterprise Risk management
  • Support in promoting and implementing the Company Risk management include: Establishing the context, identification, assessment.
  • Support in promoting Risk Culture via: training, coaching, knowledge sharing to other divisions and risk owners
  • Provide Company’s Risk reports to Senior Management Team, Member of Council and Regional Holding Company with timely and accurate information for business decision-making.
  • Monitor and escalate emerging risks and urgent issues leading to Company’s potential risk exposure
  • Secretary for ERM Committee meeting

 

  1. Crisis management
  • Support in establishing procedure or guideline for disaster management, recovery management
  • Assists in pre/post natural disaster activity.
  • Conduct training and enhance awareness on Crisis to all store
  • Co-operate with relevant departments to derive & maintain an incident & accident response plan

 

  1. Incident & Accident report
  • Ensure that report line for Incident & accident run smoothly from store to HQ and to BOD
  • Support in making monthly incident & Accident report to Aeon Asia

Primary Objective:

  • Oversee databases, software, and computer systems that companies use to manage human resources
  • Analyze HRIS systems, collect issues, and follow up performance

Roles and responsibilities:

HRIS System Management & Improvement:

– Work with HR managers/Deputy Manager and other departments to determine HRIS needs
– Analyze HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues
– Document processes, identifying HR concerns, and compiling data analysis reports
– Coordinate training and technical support as schedule
– Propose and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management
– Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and running queries
– Ensuring the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data
– Keep track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS
– Work with supplier, IT dept & related department to setup, maintain & fix system.

HR Reporting:

– Designs and maintains the HR Data and ensures that just one source of master data exists
