1. Develop and Execute Recruiting Process and Plans
- Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
- Act as a member of recruitment interview panel.
- Obtain and assess reference checks of the candidates.
- Maintain recruitment database of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs.
- Be responsible for press advertisement placement and able to recommend innovative and creative design in order to get best results.
- Develop and improve the recruitment processes to be more innovative and cost effective.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment matters.
- Control recruitment expenses within the budget.
- Conduct exit interview and analyse the reasons of resignation.
- Plan, prepare and hold job fair to attract candidates.
- Participate in Branding activities.
2. Manage employment agreement and manage cadidate of leaders for MaxValu
- Manage employment agreemen in Training & Recruitment center.
- Running Management Trainee program to attract the most potential candidates.
- Propose candidate of new leader to Operation leader
3. Rules and Regulations
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
- Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.
4. Other duties

Qualifications & Job Requirements
- University degree
- Minimum 03 years of talent acquisition and direct recruiting experience
- Knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques including social media.
- Effectively manage multiple searches for candidates in different fields.
- Strong verbal and creative written communication skills.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Office Computing literate.

- Proposal assortment of menu for Aeon Café & Delica counter
- Training knowledge & SOP for Delica staff
Roles and responsibilities:
- Setup concept & business plan for Aeon café counter of SMPT:
- Join in counter designation step with construction dept. Make sure Café counter be setup with efficiency and convenient flow for customer according to nature of each site
- Co-operate with MD team/ supplier to build up bartending manual for Café counter
- Build up material management manual & material control method for Café counter
- Supervise setting up & how the concept of the counter is maintained at each store
2. Delica business development:
- Define task for Delica team & how it is assigned into DWS at store
- Study and create POG & assortment for Delica counter. Timely adjust to adapt with new demand of business or new trend of the market
- Work with MD to fulfill the POG & assortment for store
- Make business plan which include: continously build up competency assortment strategy, development plan
- Build up SOP for Delica counter to apply at all Store. Update and renew the material if any changes during operation of the business
- Educate knowledge and SOP of Delica counter for new staff. Retraining if necessary
3. Other tasks: Any other ad-hoc tasks that assigned by direct superior and Project leader
Job requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in F&B business & manage a team
- Good communication, planning, organizing, time management, teamwork, leadership, English skill
- Self-discipline, be able to work under pressure
- Be able to move to stores to work and survey

- VMD Skills
– Implementation and maintenance visual merchandise standards/guidelines in stores.
– Plan, implement, and document the floor plan, merchandise displays, and special promotions that align with company strategy.
– Train and communicate visual merchandising knowledge to Store Operations teams.
– Prepare VMD Plan & implement VMD for New store Opening and Renovation.
- Working with MKT to make mailer, leaflet, POP, POSM,…
– Work with Marketing team to propose the regular promotion/event plan of Groups to ensure that the range fully reflects the Core Target Group needs in terms of the complete offer.
– Achievement of Commercial Key Performance Indicator.
- Data analysis, making report and sales plan by monthly, yearly
- Store Action
– Working with MD to design and implement with Merchandising planograms.
– Ensure clear communication and understanding to Operations.
– Maintain effective internal communications channel particularly with other Merchandise team, operations, sales & marketing, logistic and other functions within the organization.

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility of “the target of Sales”, Margin, Later Income, Old Stock, Potential Old Stock, Turn-over day, Stock Day’s, Private Brand & Core Customer Share, Stock Correction & Availability.
- Manage the performance of a defined product category effectively in terms of pricing, promotion, products assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation.
- Supplier management, negotiation of Pricing Strategy, payment terms, rebates etc.

[AEON VIETNAM] APPLICATION FOR PRIVATE BRAND PRODUCT MERCHANDISER
Primary Objective:
The Product Quality Assurance (short word, we call it “PQA”) is responsible for the goal of “Improving Corporate Images regarding Quality of Products & Services to Contribute to all of the Vietnamese Consumers and Markets” in Supply Chain by following AEON’s Ethics and the Code of Conducts as well as always looking for “more than what laws and regulations required”.
The PQA has two main functions as follows;
(a) Improvements and Assurance of Quality of Products & Services; Collecting all relevant information and documents to get certificates assuring products or serves we provide, as well as auditing, inspecting, supporting or cooperating to improve of our business partners regarding products or serves we provide, to assure those products and services are safe and secure, furthermore, proposing, correcting any procurement systems in supply chain and educating staffs in charge of procurements.
(b) Cooperate with Private Brand Product Team to create featured products; Supporting and carrying out activities to support customer survey and pre-production sensory testing as well as any activities related to this function.
PQA is not directly in charge of quality control (“QC”) activities in stores; however, if those can be applicable to enhance PQA activities in aspect of above (a) to (b), then PQA will coordinate in cross-departments by focusing on PQA activities as primary in charge, and PQA have rights to supervise to or get supported from the relevant departments regarding QC activities.
Roles and responsibilities:
1.Get registration certificates and check labels (40%)
- Study and make clear related VN regulations with authority in case of need. Prepare dossiers and submit to authorities. Make a action plan and ensure to get certificates on time.
- Understand related regulations on labelling. Check and confirm
- Handle issuance of barcode
2.Control product quality and handle quality issues as well as audit factories (50%)
- Understand production process and make a plan to control quality from pre-production to finished products.
- Evalate steady of product by a product monitoring program
- Monitor quality situation at stores. Visit factories in case of need to collaborate with them to solve quality issues
3.Collaborate with Managements to create featured products as assigned (10%)
REQUIREMENT:
Qualification and Job Requirements:
- University degrees, major in Food technology
- Experienced in Food Quality Assurance at least 4 years
- English Communication
