QA Executive – Private Brand Food Products

Primary Objective:

The Product Quality Assurance (short word, we call it “PQA”) is responsible for the goal of “Improving Corporate Images regarding Quality of Products & Services to Contribute to all of the Vietnamese Consumers and Markets” in Supply Chain by following AEON’s Ethics and the Code of Conducts as well as always looking for “more than what laws and regulations required”.
The PQA has two main functions as follows;
(a) Improvements and Assurance of Quality of Products & Services; Collecting all relevant information and documents to get certificates assuring products or serves we provide, as well as auditing, inspecting, supporting or cooperating to improve of our business partners regarding products or serves we provide, to assure those products and services are safe and secure, furthermore, proposing, correcting any procurement systems in supply chain and educating staffs in charge of procurements.
(b) Cooperate with Private Brand Product Team to create featured products; Supporting and carrying out activities to support customer survey and pre-production sensory testing as well as any activities related to this function.
PQA is not directly in charge of quality control (“QC”) activities in stores; however, if those can be applicable to enhance PQA activities in aspect of above (a) to (b), then PQA will coordinate in cross-departments by focusing on PQA activities as primary in charge, and PQA have rights to supervise to or get supported from the relevant departments regarding QC activities.

Roles and responsibilities:

1.Get registration certificates and check labels (40%)

  • Study and make clear related VN regulations with authority in case of need. Prepare dossiers and submit to authorities. Make a action plan and ensure to get certificates on time.
  • Understand related regulations on labelling. Check and confirm
  • Handle issuance of barcode

2.Control product quality and handle quality issues as well as audit factories (50%)

  • Understand production process and make a plan to control quality from pre-production to finished products.
  • Evalate steady of product by a product monitoring program
  • Monitor quality situation at stores. Visit factories in case of need to collaborate with them to solve quality issues

3.Collaborate with Managements to create featured products as assigned (10%)

REQUIREMENT:

Qualification and Job Requirements:

  • University degrees, major in Food technology
  • Experienced in Food Quality Assurance at least 4 years
  • English Communication

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Membership and Kids club program
– Review data for tracking and evaluating campaign or member performance to identify opportunities for improvement

[HCM] Graphic Design Executive (Chuyên viên thiết kế đồ họa)

Primary Objective:

  • Utilise graphic design skills: Adobe’s Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, to create media materials.

Key Activities:

  • Graphic designers create ideas, concepts to deliver information to customer by visualization. Developing materials (photos, video) on diverse digital platforms (Facebook – mostly, Email Marketing, App, Website, Zalo,…) and other communication channels at store (LED, LCD) is a must to control.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Increase AEON brand awareness on social channels.

f.Communication skill

  • Explain to OP team as following 1, Monthly sales plan ( Focus item with sale plan, Block layout & promotion plan, Trend of sales)
  • Instruct and support to OP team layout change monthly
  • Solve merchandiser problem

[HANOI OFFICE] C&B EXECUTIVE

A. Scope of the role

1. Payroll management

– Process employee data (new hires, changes, additional earnings…) on system.
– Process employee Time & Attendance data from the system to payroll and reconcile variances utilizing tools in the system.
– Check records of employees’ working hours on system, review them for accuracy, and verify attendance and hours worked.
– Consult employees or management level to correct attendance record errors on system if any.
– Process payroll (calculate, reconcile, prepare for bank transfer, distribute payslip) timely, accurately, and compliantly.
– Answer payroll questions from employees and produce payroll reports when requested by direct supervisor or HR Manager.


2. PIT & Dependant Registration

– Register for the issuance of PIT code for all employees.
– Register PIT dependant for employees.
– Complete monthly PIT declaration report to Tax Dept.
– Perform PIT finalization on yearly basis for all Hanoi office staff.


3. Social Insurance

– Register social, health and unemployment insurance contribution for new employees.
– Make the report to Social Insurance Agency every month as per mandatory requirements.
– Make claims for social insurance benefits for employees (sick leave, maternity leave, etc) and follow up payment for employees.
– Contact Social Insurance Agency on providing social insurance book and health care card for employees as per regulations.
– Complete the transferring procedure of Social Insurance Book for leaving staffs.


4. Labor book & report

– Make periodical report to Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs as per mandatory requirements.
– Preparing periodical labor reports to be sent to Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.


5. Labor contract

– Make labor contract for new staff.
– Make annex to labor contract, contract renewal.
– Ensure labor contract, renewal contract and annex to labour contract are given to employees on time.


6. Employee’s profile management

– Set up records and personnel file for new employees.
– Maintain employee’s records in personnel file.


7. Rules and Regulations

– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
– Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates (if any) to follow the rules and regulations.


8. Prepare new store

– Cooperate with government Department to register SHUI, PIT invoice, fire fighting training and certificate.

1. Qualifications & Experience:
– University degree.

  • Work closely with Department/Persons in charge of Company’s projects especially small scale projects’ opening to collect, check and analyze legal dossiers

  • Support supervisor to check, analyze, and evaluate projects relating to land or project transfer/ asset buying/ BCC scheme etc and propose the best scheme for each project
