Roles and responsibilities:

1.Digital Ads (40%):

  • Make a plan to run digital ads suitable for each campaign, and each customer subject in order to support increasing brand recognition and boosting sales revenue of AeonEshop.
  • Manage the implementation and optimization of ads on platforms such as Facebook, Google, Tiktok, Instagram,…
  • Manage/ Monitor performance Ads, website experiences with the agency
  • Utilize CRM to maximize customer life time value (LTV).

2.Website (30%):

  • Analyze user behavior: Analyze and plan on improving the user interface, usser experiences (UX/UI).
  • Manage content team to deploy website content and ensure that following brand guidelines, SEO requirement, campaign.
  • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.

3.Report (20%):

  • Take responsibility of digital reports such as weekly report, monthly report, yearly report base on website, app, digital ads.
  • Propose products, programs according to analysis from the system.

4.Other duties (10%):

  • Other tasks assigned by EC Manager

Qualification and Job Requirements:

  • College or University degree.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Objective:

  1. E-commerce Merchandiser is responsible for the total Sales & GP retail merchandise performance.
  2. Stock & merchandise transfer controlling.
  3. Propose sales plan to satisfy the needs of the customers.
  4. Achieve the Department’s targets.

Key Activities:

  1. Work and align with Category Manager to plan category development in term of new assortments/ brands growth/ sellers.
  2. Developing strong analytics to evaluate daily/weekly/monthly performance and optimizing further marketing, pricing and product selection.
  3. Prepare and implement seasonal/weekly promotion plans, campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.
