JOB DESCRIPTION

To engage sales team to achieve sales target & department goal:

  • Develop & monitor key performance indicators (Sales revenue, number of Orders, %margin, %out of stock, Stock turn rate…).
  • Enlarge online registration & maintain customer loyalty -Understanding market needs to provide suitable products to increase Sales.
  • Coordinate with Merchandise department for product order, providing product information.
  • Provide business analysis and insights on sales, pricing and on-going opportunities for incremental volume and margin.
  • Train up online sales team about product flow, order monitoring, delivery, returned order / products, EC site how to use functions & customer service, etc….
  • Improve customer service.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries by e-mail/chat/outbound calls.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to handle and resolve customer complaints.

Make assortment planning and merchandising

  • Research, analyze and evaluate the market to identify customer’s needs and product/range opportunities.
  • To develop on-line merchandising and promotion strategy to achieve sales targets.
  • To ensure products being available and more variety to meet online Shopper needs.
  • Search for the supply of online merchandise according to strategic assortment plan.
  • Supplier management, negotiation of payment terms, rebates etc.

REQUIREMENT

Qualification and Job Requirements:

  • College or University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects
  • How to calculate cost, profit, basic account is preferable
  • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Customer-oriented mindset

Preferred skills

  • Strong analytical ability and good in data/ figures.
  • Time-management and team work skills (Team size 6-8 members).
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills.

MAIN DUTIES

1. Online Sales & management:

– Responsibility number order actually hand over to delivery , make sure 100% order will handover after scan sales.

[HCMC] SALES EXECUTIVE (LOGISTICS COORDINATOR) – E-COMMERCE

Key responsibilities:

 

  1. Responsible for hand over to delivery
  • Handover to delivery
  • When order is scanned, get full inform customer (name, phone, address…), amount COD (if need) which are sold to the customers, load them, and deliver them to their addresses.
  • Good arrangement by supplier delivery and time cut off each delivery effective
  • Responsibility number order actually to handover to delivery, make sure 100% order will handover after scan sales.
  • Received daily report from supplier’s delivery and follow to push them until successful to delivery to customer.
  • You will be in charge of making sure that the orders are complete and correct after handover to delivery.

A Product Content Officer is responsible for building up English site contents, product & function description on web (AeonEshop.com)

 

  1. Product content management
  • Check product register certificates & advertising licenses

  • Manage support content team to upload on time as required 
  • Update promotion information daily, weekly or monthly
  • Translate product information from Vietnamese to English

  • In charge of promoting media content for AeonEshop site.

  • Create ideas for the programs and contents according to the general program.
  • Create the Video and organize MiniGames to attract the customers.
  • Develop plans according to each specific stage to assess the level of each campaign.

  • Increase customer experience with Insider by using:

  • Make segments according to the customer’s trend, coordinate for A/B testing to choose good segments and optimize website

 

  1. Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
  • Cross-checking/ Reconciliation.

  • Create extra programs for AFF: Get information from AFF, create appropriate segment.
  • Need to coordinate with the third party to organize more new programs.

1. Plan & propose digital marketing strategy to promote Aeon private brands (Topvalu, Daiso, GlamBeautique, etc.) to target customers:

–  Continuously analyze PEST, SWOT, company, target customers, competitors to clearly understand current situation.
– Plan & propose 6Ps strategy, marketing calendar, promotion campaigns to achieve company goals.
