I. Roles and responsibilities:
Administrative tasks & Cost Control
– Assist Store Admin Manager in development and implement new administrative systems, such as record management.
– Coordinate with Aeon Delight to tackle issues relating to house-keeping, security and technical matters.
– Prepare data& document adapting the inspection team from governmental authorities.
– Plan & order uniforms, name badges, swipe cards, material to ensure cost efficiency.
– Support to take care of other matters relating to staff s benefits, i.e. staff bus, staff canteen, medical room, garbage management.
– Support to dispose of unused equipment, machinery.
– Control store expenditure within budget parameters.
– Make periodical report related to cost& other matter.
– Promote, strengthen cost effectiveness mindset to all Store staff.
5S and Safety Implementation
– Responsible on safety of personnel working and 5S at the backyard& backroom.
– Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
– Support and check the plan of maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.”
Process, Guidelines & Supporting roles
– Ensure compliance in internal controls.
– Communicate, train, implement and sustain relevant policies, processes and procedures within the store to deliver the required outcomes.
– Plan ahead and work towards material order and related processes for new store’s opening.
Rules-Regulations& Duties
– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
– Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.
– Support other departments as necessary.
– Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store Admin Manager or Deputy Store Manager.
II. Qualification and Job Requirements:
- University degree
- A minimum of 3 years related office/ administrative management preferably in retail
- Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
- Abilities to use computer, office programs and database
- Planning, development, improvement mindset
- Good English language (both written and oral)
- Work well under high pressure
- Be able to work at shift & on Public holidays
