[HCM] Marketing – Promotion & Co-brand Officer

Roles and responsibilities:

Co-bands activities

Supporting the superior to developing co-brands promotion/activity with supplier and E-Payment partner to enrich customers’ shopping/ lifestyle experience at AEON

Communicating with partners to clarify about the promotion/activity’s timeline, promotion and expectations

Managing the production of marketing, event materials.

Follow up and support for contract and payment document with legal, accounting and agencies

Follow up the standard procedure, working with Partners to expand AEON & Partners images

Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success

Assembles the reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations;

Monitor competitor activities, research market trend; customer’s behavior & demand; competitor survey to innovate ideas/plan to meet company target.

Control all activities within budget.

Promotion:

Organize promotion campaign, company event as planned.

Arrange promotional events.

Manage the production of marketing materials, including event area/POSM by giving feedback to agency and follow timeline.

Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project.

Cooperate with other department (execution, document,..) to make sure the promotion successful.

Assembles Promotion reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations.

Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Contribute to and develop marketing plans and strategies.

Evaluate marketing campaigns by collecting feedback and prepare report.

Adversting Retal Project:

Coopreate with partners to sell adversting in Aeon

Contribute and develop more adversting channels

Manage ,control and follow up with accounting to collect payment

 Evaluate results and prepare report

Rules and Regulations:

Other duties:

Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by superiors.

Qualification and Job Requirements:

University graduated with the major of Marketing, PR or equivalent.

01 year of related experience in Marketing, Co-brands, Partnership, etc.

Working in retail industry is an advantage.

[HANOI OFFICE] Customer Service & Satisfaction Officer (Nhân viên Dịch vụ khách hàng)

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Handle Customer Voice

– Handle Customer Voices via Face book, Website and update in CV Master file
– Follow up Customer Voice (CV) report and update pending cases in Master file. Record,update the status of each case
– Remind Stores to update pending cases if it is over 5 days
– Communicate with related department to update pending cases
– Feedback all queries are sent from Stores site and support Ops.site to chaise with related department
– Raise and get the final from CS HQ Executive/ Manager about the feedback to customer via Facebook, Website channel if it is over your abilities

2. Report & Handle Report

– Receive the reports (Customer Voice, Refund, Price Error, Delivery, SOP from Stores, report CV from EC (if any)) to consolidate and update in Master file
– Basing on Customer Voice/complaince to check the situation and advice to improve
– Basing on Reports , put in Analyse file
– Send Refund Report to Stores
– Receive CS and Cashier Reports to consolidate and update in file
– Pre-Prepare CS report and support CS Executive

3. Control Activities

Random check Daily check list,the compliance policies/procedure at Stores relating to Customer Service and Cashier

4. Admin

– Prepare Admin report to submit to Admin HQ department
– Make SAP report
– Stationeries…

5. Marketing Research (Service)

– Plan Store Tour
– Survey Competitors
– Give proposal/inititive to improve high level services

6. Support/ Project

– Join/support the CS Projects are assigned by CS Executive/Manager
– Support CS HQ Executive/Manager if needed

Qualification and Job Requirements

  • University bachelor degree in Social Science, Business Administration, or Marketing
  • Proven track record in Customer Service/ other customer facing role with experience in servicing key customers
  • Have good understanding of the needs of customers
  • Fluent in English communication (verbal/written)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Analytical and data input skills
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution skills
  • High energy and proactive working style
  • Have a polite, tactful and friendly attitude

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for managing AEON Membership promotion, Kids club promotion & Partnership program

Kids Club

  • Follow monthly card recruitment as target
  • Plan & propose activities/ promotion for Kids Club
  • Coordinate with MD and partners to offer benefit for Kid Club cardholders

[HCMC] DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER (PERFORMANCE)

Key responsibilities:

  1. Create and manage contents on digital channel to ensure social media presences and implementation of AeonEshop Marketing activities
  • Manage social networking channels: Facebook, Zalo, YouTube, Instagram…
  • Develop and link other social networking channels.
  • Improve the content and monitor the development of the Fanpage.
  • Increase engagement on social network.

 

  1. Develop, implement Performance Campaign, Livestream (E-commerce), Promotion Video (Viral clip). Develop promotion media online content for Eshop’s website, monitor and analyze content success
  • In charge of promoting media content for AeonEshop site.
  • Build the content on website, Fan page, Blog, banner… to increase the Brand’s awareness.
  • Create ideas for the programs and contents according to the general program.
  • Create the Video and organize MiniGames to attract the customers.
  • Develop plans according to each specific stage to assess the level of each campaign.

 

  1. Optimize campaign and media online on website AeonEshop
  • Increase customer experience with Insider by using:

+ Website channel

+ Mobile channel

  • Make segments according to the customer’s trend, coordinate for A/B testing to choose good segments and optimize website

 

  1. Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
  • Cross-checking/ Reconciliation.
  • Build up exclusive programs for PUBs.
  • Create extra programs for AFF: Get information from AFF, create appropriate segment.
  • Need to coordinate with the third party to organize more new programs.

 

  1. Set up/ plan landing page và website
  • Make contracts with suppliers/agencies.
  • Follow and make payment on time and accurately.
  • Support other tasks relevant to process/proceedings related to those suppliers/agencies (if any)
