[Head Office] Corporate Communication Executive (Employer Branding)

DEPARTMENT INTRODUCTION
The Corporate Communications (in short “CC“) is responsible for the goal of “Building AEON Strong Brand Equity” by creating & strengthening the trustworthy relationship between AEON Brand with Internal & External Stakeholders.
CC Department aims to position & make AEON Vietnam Brand recognized as “Indispensable company in Vietnam market” in Stakeholders’ Perception by achieving 2 strategic goals, which are:
- (1) Enhance Stakeholders Brand Perception towards AEON Vietnam matching the Corporate Brand Positioning Strategy, which ensures the synergy of 3 Brand pillars: Corporate Brand – Product Brand – Employer Brand
- (2) Protect the Company’s Brand Image to minimize potential damage for AEON Brand through 3 key focuses: Brand Performance Management – Potential Crisis Monitoring – Crisis Handling.
KEY SCOPE OF WORK (EMPLOYER BRANDING)
1.Work closely with Corporate Brand team & HR Department (Manpower Planning team) to implement Mass Communications activities:
- Collaborate with Corporate Brand team to implement Mass Communications activities for promoting AEON Vietnam Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and enhancing AEON Vietnam’s Brand Perception regarding Employer of Choice
- Together with Related Department (HR – Manpower Planning team) to develop & implement communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting plan and drive candidate attraction through multi-channels.
2.Coordinate with HR Department (Manpower Planning function) & Internal Communications team to manage & improve communications performance on Employer Brand Owned media channels:
- Playing as an administrator, this position is responsible for managing Owned Media Channels of Employer Brand to ensure that it is a creative and effective tool for 2 main goals of “attracting target candidates” and “enhancing AEON Vietnam Employer brand and reputation” as an “Employer of Choice”.
- Up to now, AEON Vietnam has 4 Owned Media channels for Employer Brand that are:

3.Coordinate with Internal Related Department (HR – Performance Management) & External Partners (HR Expert, HR Associations, etc.) to continue enhancing Employer Brand Position through: Award achievement & Presence in Employer sector:
- Employer Award Achievement:Develop & conduct the company’s award plan regarding to Employer Brand that ensures to align with HR Strategy & Employer Brand Positioning Strategy
- Brand Presence in Employer sector: Create & Increase Impression & Perception of AEON Vietnam regarding to Employer Brand with targeted talent & Experts through engagement activity implementation.
4.Develop & Manage Employer Brand Identity:
- Make Strong Brand Association & Recognition to Talents towards AEON Vietnam Employer Brand by developing & managing branding assets (both digital & print) regarding Employer Brand, which are:
- (1) Video
- (2) Advertising materials: online & print
- (3) Event materials: POSM, Gift, etc.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
QUALIFICATION AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University degrees in 1 of following study field: Multi-media, Marketing, Communications, Business, etc.
- Minimum 03 year of experiences in 1 of following field: Marketing, Communications, Employer Brand, etc.
- Experienced in Employer Brand field is not required, but a plus point.
