MAIN DUTIES:

1. Online sale management

– To develop and mornitor key performance indicators ( Orders, Sales, Stock, price, …..)

– Assign, guide and supervise staff for planning, implementing and evaluating the results to ensure that all activities are operated well and on schedule.

– Oversee the resolution of any arising issues orders, system, app

– To work with related department for product content, promotion program & Media supprt for sale online promoting.

– Synthesize, analyze and report business results by program, week, month, quarter.

– To Understand online market, sale strend and customer behavior to provide suitable products for increasing sales.

– Make the sale plan base on MD’s plan, Operation Plan to achieve the target

– Analyze customer complaints to come up with solutions to bring customers satisfaction

– Propose plans to improve department, survey competitor & consumer shopping behavior

2. Cash Management

– Ensure money and documents are collected in full, exactly, on time and according to the process

– Provide solutions to ensure that debts and receivable documents are tracked in a timely manner to limit losses

3. Manpower management

– Plan Monthly Division’s duty roster and manpower schedule

– Make solution for sufficient manpower during business in ad-hoc situations

– Identify and reduce unnecessary tasks to increase staff productivity

– Take part in recruitment & selection activities for Division’s staffing

– Motivate, training and develop staff in order to encourage their professional development

– Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes

– Build and promote team work spirit

4. Expense control

– Provide solutions to optimize resources and increase productivities

– Provide tools to optimize delivery costs

– Focast and make the guidance for tool and equipment for reasonable using

5. Other duties

– Opening & closing Store

– Monitor all activities in store to ensure that store work as normal

[HCM] MERCHANDISING OFFICER – ECOMMERCE

Job Description:

  1. Work and align with Category Manager to plan category development in term of new assortments/ brands growth/ sellers:
    –  Work closely with Offline-channels’ MD team to ensure a rich assortment of products to the E-commerce target customers.
    – Carry out E-commerce Category Management (E-CAT), and promote AEON’s Private Brands and other exclusive brands
    – Ensuring Category achieve sales target and Gross Profit for monthly, quarterly and annually

  3. Prepare and implement seasonal/weekly promotion plans, campaigns and initiatives to drive sales:
    – Involve in flatform campaigns and create individual campaigns for Category and brand partners

  4. Work closely with internal teams (eg: marketing, content, accountant,…) to optimize the project activites:
    – Support other members in Sales activities, when necessary, to achieve organizational targets.
    – Do weekly Market & Competitor survey,

 Job Requirements:

I.Mô tả công việc

1. Quản lý & bán hàng trực tuyến
– Quản lý nhóm xử lý các đơn hàng trực tuyến hàng ngày để hoàn thành tất cả các đơn hàng kịp thời với chất lượng công việc hiệu quả.
– Đảm bảo mọi thắc mắc của khách hàng từ nhiều điểm tiếp xúc khác nhau (đường dây nóng, email, bình luận và tin nhắn trên trang) được xử lý kịp thời với cách thức phù hợp.
– Đào tạo nhân viên về quy trình, quy trình, giám sát đơn hàng, dịch vụ khách hàng, v.v….
– Tuân thủ các chỉ số hiệu suất chính (Doanh thu bán hàng, số lượng Đơn hàng, % hủy trước & sau khi bàn giao để giao hàng).
– Quản lý và phân bổ ca làm việc & thời gian làm việc của nhân viên để xử lý tốt nhất mọi đơn hàng và yêu cầu từ khách hàng.
– Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (Vận hành, kho bãi, Vận tải, Kế toán…) để cung cấp sản phẩm của công ty đến khách hàng một cách hiệu quả & hiệu quả.
– Ghi lại và theo dõi các vấn đề trong kênh Omni tới tất cả các bộ phận liên quan để đưa ra quyết định kịp thời.
2. Dịch vụ khách hàng
– Quản lý yêu cầu của khách hàng trên tất cả các kênh trực tuyến với khả năng phản hồi nhanh chóng và phù hợp.
– Cập nhật tất cả các vấn đề liên quan đến đơn hàng để tiếp tục phối hợp với khách hàng.
– Theo dõi kết thúc, nhận xét, phản hồi và báo cáo của khách hàng.
3. Kiểm soát chi phí
– Làm thế nào để cải thiện hiệu quả quản lý theo giờ làm việc cho nhân viên (bán hàng, người lấy hàng).
– Quản lý vật tư, thiết bị hợp lý.
4. Các quy tắc và quy định

Primary Objective:
– Develop a long-term SEO plan to increase keyword rankings and organic search traffic
– Monitor vendor and agency to archive our KPI
– Manage the website to implement E-commerce tasks

SEO:
– Develop a long-term SEO plan to increase keyword rankings and organic search traffic

Requirement:

Qualification and Job Requirements:

[Ha Noi] E-Commerce Accounting Officer

Primary Objective:

An Ecommerce Accounting Officer is responsible for scanning online orders before handling to packing & delivering services.

  • Responsibly with accuracy of online orders quantity, amount, promotion & payment details.
  • Handle online order in daily basis to complete all orders in time with effective quality of work.
  • Escalate of all problems/complains to assure customer are satisfied with shopping experience.
  • Ensure debt tracking with supplier.

Roles and responsibility:

Scan sale
– To handle online orders in daily basis to complete all orders in time with effective quality of work.
– Receive goods from team sales, check actual goods on SKU-quantity-packaging-price products with SO to scan sales.
– Arrange the set of documents delivered to customers, and the set of documents for internal storage- To continuously optimize order processing process, monitor delivering services and handle return, refund, exchange requests from customers properly.
– Coordinate with related departments (Operators, Picker, Packer, Delivery Services…) to deliver company’s products to customers effectively & efficiently.

Issue invoice
– Check payment (Payment Gateway) from Sales Order before issuing invoice

Revenue tracking
– Coordinate to Store Accountant/ Operation Dept to ensure E-Commerce Accounting completes assigned tasks and compliance with Tax and COC
– Debt tracking with supplier : Sagawa, Ninja Van, Ahamove,…
+ Tracking order status
+ Report on debt and have a way to handle outstanding debts, thereby proposing measures to improve the debt situation, to avoid the risk of money
– Aggregating and distributing payment gateway’s revenue.

Return & Refund Handling
– Receive canceled goods from shipping companies, check the quality and quantity of goods before handling to related departments.
– Canceling goods on the POS.
– Issue refund requests & follow, tracking the process from end to end, to make sure all customers receive refund amount in time.

Rules and Regulations
– Follow approved project development strategy
– Follow company’s policies, rules and regulations.
– Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to contribute work follow deadline

Requirement:
